This presentation is a discussion of the research benefits of studying limb regeneration of the axolotl and cell proliferation of phages for lysing cancerous and harmful cells. These topics share traits of improving longevity. Axolotls have a unique cellular capacity to use fibroblasts to trigger stem cells to create progenitor cells that will differentiate into all of the cells required to regrow an amputated limb. Rapid cell differentiation can reduce the effects of age-related diseases and may have the potential to reverse them. Phage therapy has amazing potential for rooting out malignant and harmful cells and bacteria in the body and can be used to further explore cellular methods for bacterial infections resistant to antibiotics. Using the lytic or lysogenic cycles, these manufactured phages will inject their disassembled components and reassemble in a harmful cell before replicating and causing the cell to lyse. Phage therapy's potential can have dramatic effects on cancer growth and organ failure.
    Future research:
    - Stem cell differentiation in humans over time.
    - What methods of phage therapies are available
    - Tissue regeneration and aging
