Markiplier not being in the FNAF movie is the greatest tragedy of the 21st century, but ultimately, total respect to Mark for trying despite having a project of his very own. Overall, kudos to Mark for choosing quality over quantity and prioritizing his project. All love for ya, man!
It was disappointing, but very understandable. He's always busy all the time and cant really blame him for that. A human cannot be in 2 places at once, or teleport in 2 places. I'm not even mad when I saw the movie, and he wasn't in it. I knew before where theres alot of incidents in the past where he's very busy.
At least MatPat got his role, that's 50% of my wants met. MatPat had been working so hard to put together a FNAF timeline and all of those theories. Bless MatPats soul for giving us nostalgia. And also bless the one, the only Scott Cawthon for making FNAF as a whole.
For those who just went to the comments to see the news about FNaF, Mark chose not to be in it to ensure that Iron Lung was developed the way it needed to be. He was not kept or kicked out of it as some people seem to be saying. Scott confirmed this in another comment here saying that if a sequel gets made, they will try again!
That's because people kept saying he was in it after he said several times, I even told half of these people that there's no way cause their filming fnaf movie at the same time he was making Iron lung, and now that those people who have said that figured out he was serious they automatically assumed he was kicked cause they already had the idea he was in it

I got to say, I don’t like CZcams commercials, but they do have comedic timing. It’s like *jump scare* and then marks scream is immediately cut off by “Panera bread!” Makes me laugh
I am very glad that Mark didn't compromise Iron Lung for the sake of the FNAF movie. The trailer was fucking BOMB, and I know the movie is going to blow my mind because of how passionate Mark is about his projects. I'd rather have a feature length Markiplier movie that's polished to his standard than see maybe 30 seconds to a minute of him in someone else's movie.

He's probably going to expand on the idea of "The Quiet Rapture," whether it be with preceding events up to that point, scenes outside of the submarine, etc. There's a LOT of content to be pulled from the main storyline.

In game staying in one room they’ll camp you harder than noobs on cod. They all have certain mechanisms when you free roam. Freddy only dashes quick but not far when he laughs. You can just watch him. He doesn’t willing attack you unless you let him get close. Foxy is like the tjoc r mechanic. He’ll just follow you around and only attacks at times you just have to keep your flash light off and flash him when he does. Bonnie and chica will chase on sight, but you can easily lose them. Freddy and foxy are the only ones that will follow you around.. use they’re stage best strategy.. you can see them all front there

I know the strat for the harder nights. If you see freddy in any way, he knows where you are, and hes allowed to chase the players exact location for a set time every so often. so the trick is, dont look for him. chica and bon bon roam randomly, foxy needs to be seen. SO: as soon as night starts, go into hallway leading into pirate cove, watch him. wait until you have to leave, ignore freddy laugh. he doesnt know where you are. foxy will activate. this buys you 30 secs to a minute. Keep flashlight off until foxy sees you, as this will stun him. After you are forced to leave, run to office. Hopefulyl, fredbare best bare is random location looking for you. then, hide in office, foxy will follow you to the room. shut door on him, wait until he deactivates on cam. when he does, open door, this has effectively gotten you thru portion of the night using little to no power. last: hide by door freddy usually comes thru, and watch with light off towards door with foxy outside the room. this should last the remaining 3 or so mins. freddy will not know where you are, if he wanders close, keep ready at door and close if running is close. foxy shouldnt activate for a while, if he does, flash him to stop him. if you have enough power, close all doors if you are under a minute left.
I'm pretty sure Matthew Lilliard said its a 3 picture deal? So I'm assuming Scott will be included with those, also Scott has been saying every game is his final game since fnaf 3 so we can't really trust it

The thing about trailers being spoilers is so damn true, i dont feel like seeing a movie galf the time when they show the whole story start to finish basically. Especially when they show the best (and specifically horror movies are bad about this with showing the scariest) shots in the movie, leaving the viewer underwhelmed
that and the loud af booming music that always plays during them, i refuse to watch trailers at this point so i can actually get a real first impression
the opposite is arguably worse. Snow Dogs and Kangaroo Jack come to mind. kids going to see both and being disappointed that the funny talking animals they were promised are hallucinations or dreams, and adults who might have enjoyed the real movies don't see them because they think it's a silly kid's movie. not that Kangaroo Jack is some masterpiece, it's a silly movie for adults. but if i remember right, Snow Dogs is actually a super serious fight for survival type movie.

It's crazy to think about how talented one individual person can be. Mark can act very well, as we've seen in all of his movies like In Space, Heist, etc. He has an incredible singing voice that I personally think is better than most professional singers I've heard. I mean, have you watched the FNaF musical? Plus he's just an amazing person. As sad as we all are that he won’t be in the FNaF movie, it's really admirable that he prioritizes his own movie. It has to be disappointing to have to pass up an opportunity such as that one, especially since he's practically as much a part of the FNaF universe as any of the actual animatronics at this point, and that he chose to put Iron Lung first, plus just listening to the way he talks about it, shows just how dedicated and passionate he is about, not only Iron Lung, but everything he produces. Basically, this guy is not only the King of FNaF, but the king of living life to its fullest and inspiring others to do the same.

I think there are 2 core mechanics about Freddy 1) He sees where you are on the map no matter where you are (technically seeing through walls), and he will take the shortest path to get to you 2) He only moves after he laughs. I don't know if the duration of his movement is randomized after a laugh, but he will move after a laugh
Well my day hasn't been sunshine and rainbows but watching his videos makes a unicorn shit rainbows into my day😂😂(ik that makes little to no sense, but it makes sense to me)
What this game should have done is if the power runs out, is switch to a stealth game mechanic where you have to hide, and not make sound as all the animatronics start hunting for you. Instead of just making Freddy show up and kill you, It would be cool to go into a last chance effort where you have to use stealth to survive.
This game does sort of fail to make use of the open roaming model. I'd even say let the player move faster than the animatronics. You're outnumbered, if they're chasing you that makes noise, you will likely be cornered by more than one of them, so give the player a fighting chance. Instead it just becomes "run to the security room and play FNAF just like you usually do."
One of my favorite memories is watching jaws for a summer movie night at our community pool. It was so fun! Made it mire immersive and it made some of my friend sget spoked lmaooo. Having a showing of iron lung in a pool is an amazing idea!!
47:35 it’s actually very common for people with ADHD to thrive in chaos! Lots of ADHD people have found that their brains, already being wired to go fast and multitask, help them keep up with hectic environments better than the average person - one of the neat little perks of having ADHD :)
It’s very much one of the reasons we tend to thrive in chaos, but feel totally overwhelmed in calm situations. Our brains are finally getting the amount of input it constantly craves. I work in fast food, and usually do much better overall during the shifts where everything has gone wrong and everything is chaos. It especially helps when something catastrophic happens (like a major equipment failure) because my brain goes into “fix it” mode and I can take control of the situation in a way that most of the other managers in my store fall apart. I remember one time one of our most important pieces of equipment broke suddenly right after I clocked in, and there was three other managers on the clock. I took control, got everything under control, while the other managers were still trying to process what had even happened.
Nah because when Mark started going off about trailers I was staring at my screen going "right, right?!" some trailers totally just spoil the whole movie for you. The Iron Lung trailer is beyond amazing it leaves you on the edge of your seat questioning anything and everything you see and hear. Your hard work is incredible Mark! Yeah but the whole point of a movie trailer is that you see what it is about. The 'trailer' was more of a teaser than a trailer. It won't really matter anyways since Mark might not release the movie internationally.

The FNAF1 view from the desk has Freddy come from the right side but he’s facing the opposite way with the cameras behind him (looking away from the desk). So left is right and right is left. That’s why he keeps getting thrown off with the patterns.
Another thing I realized was that the office is facing the wrong way which also doesn't help. Why is it facing away to the backwall and why is there a 3rd door?
I kinda wish the game had the hallway light buttons and the small windows that the OG FNAF 1 game has, would make looking out the hallway a little easier. But since they actually WALK and RUN in this game, those things wouldn’t help him react fast enough and would only waste more power.
@@lanAdraHrepuS I’m not sure if this is like a weird meta strat but, you could use the hidden key to unlock the storage door. From there, you could find golden Freddy and a button that opens that third powered door (open means less power use). So you could hypothetically cheese it for slightly slower power consumption but I don’t know if this is just a placebo to make you think you’re using less power.
I love that the legend himself, Scott, called Markiplier the King of FNAF. I hope that there can be a sequel and that we will get the king into his proper place 💕💕

It was disappointing, but very understandable. He's always busy all the time and cant really blame him for that. A human cannot be in 2 places at once, or teleport in 2 places. I'm not even mad when I saw the movie, and he wasn't in it. I knew before where theres alot of incidents in the past where he's very busy.
At least MatPat got his role, that's 50% of my wants met. MatPat had been working so hard to put together a FNAF timeline and all of those theories. Bless MatPats soul for giving us nostalgia. And also bless the one, the only Scott Cawthon for making FNAF as a whole.

For those who just went to the comments to see the news about FNaF, Mark chose not to be in it to ensure that Iron Lung was developed the way it needed to be. He was not kept or kicked out of it as some people seem to be saying.

In game staying in one room they’ll camp you harder than noobs on cod. They all have certain mechanisms when you free roam. Freddy only dashes quick but not far when he laughs. You can just watch him. He doesn’t willing attack you unless you let him get close. Foxy is like the tjoc r mechanic. He’ll just follow you around and only attacks at times you just have to keep your flash light off and flash him when he does. Bonnie and chica will chase on sight, but you can easily lose them. Freddy and foxy are the only ones that will follow you around.. use they’re stage best strategy.. you can see them all front there
I hope that in FNAF 2 Mark will be a birthday boy and get to wear a crown that says "KING" on it.

I know the strat for the harder nights. If you see freddy in any way, he knows where you are, and hes allowed to chase the players exact location for a set time every so often. so the trick is, dont look for him. chica and bon bon roam randomly, foxy needs to be seen.
SO: as soon as night starts, go into hallway leading into pirate cove, watch him. wait until you have to leave, ignore freddy laugh. he doesnt know where you are.
foxy will activate. this buys you 30 secs to a minute. Keep flashlight off until foxy sees you, as this will stun him.
After you are forced to leave, run to office. Hopefulyl, fredbare best bare is random location looking for you.
then, hide in office, foxy will follow you to the room. shut door on him, wait until he deactivates on cam. when he does, open door, this has effectively gotten you thru portion of the night using little to no power.
last: hide by door freddy usually comes thru, and watch with light off towards door with foxy outside the room.
this should last the remaining 3 or so mins. freddy will not know where you are, if he wanders close, keep ready at door and close if running is close. foxy shouldnt activate for a while, if he does, flash him to stop him. if you have enough power, close all doors if you are under a minute left.
Love how Scott said the movie would be his last project, but in his comment, basically said he'd be down for a sequel. FNAF will live on!!!

the opposite is arguably worse. Snow Dogs and Kangaroo Jack come to mind. kids going to see both and being disappointed that the funny talking animals they were promised are hallucinations or dreams, and adults who might have enjoyed the real movies don't see them because they think it's a silly kid's movie. not that Kangaroo Jack is some masterpiece, it's a silly movie for adults. but if i remember right, Snow Dogs is actually a super serious fight for survival type movie.

It's crazy to think about how talented one individual person can be. Mark can act very well, as we've seen in all of his movies like In Space, Heist, etc. He has an incredible singing voice that I personally think is better than most professional singers I've heard. I mean, have you watched the FNaF musical? Plus he's just an amazing person. As sad as we all are that he won’t be in the FNaF movie, it's really admirable that he prioritizes his own movie. It has to be disappointing to have to pass up an opportunity such as that one, especially since he's practically as much a part of the FNaF universe as any of the actual animatronics at this point, and that he chose to put Iron Lung first, plus just listening to the way he talks about it, shows just how dedicated and passionate he is about, not only Iron Lung, but everything he produces. Basically, this guy is not only the King of FNaF, but the king of living life to its fullest and inspiring others to do the same.
Honestly I'm not even upset about Mark not being in the movie, it was either we get a cameo or a full movie and I think we all know the better choice

@@blazikenowen Considering Mark's other works like ISWM, AHWM, WKM, ect. I have faith that it'll definitely have a lot of substance. He's not someone who half asses his projects and he definitely puts a substantial amount of lore in his projects. (Also not trying to start an argument or bash you, I'm just saying that I personally disagree lol-)
@@mistyarsonist4337 well sure mark doesn't half ass projects and stuff but thats not my point mark maybe amazing with the things he does but the fact is iron lung has so little substance to it that it ends up as a massive gamble for him and the fans where with the fnaf movie there isn't a gamble he cameos and it helps the movie more then it would normally where with iron lung honestly it coulda been pushed back abit so both could be done that way there was no loss but honestly I think the cameo would 100% be the better option especially because say iron lung flops whats going to happen to mark hes had pretty much all success and with a failure as strong as he is it could end up crushing his want to even do movies or anything again where with the cameo its a cameo you can't fail at it

@@ZACKARDO the iron lung world isn't interesting and there isn't much lore I even rewatched a whole video before responding to this including its lore and everything its legitimately barely interesting and it doesn't have as much lore as people like to act like it has I mean its possible mark was given alot more lore for the movie creation but even then the games lore itself isn't to interesting and there isn't much of it
It's amazing to me how Mark is still so very humble after everything he has achieved. Like, seriously, is there something this man cannot do? And he's so down to earth! A real good character is needed for that. So looking forward to what will be achieved next.

Fnaf movie 2* The movie isn't following a timeline, as we can see springtrap in the trailer. Even if it was, fnaf 2 comes before fnaf 1 canonically.

The fact that Mark was supposed to be in the movie makes me strongly believe that in the next movie, if the first one does well and the second gets approved, that they will ask him to be in that one.

I think there are 2 core mechanics about Freddy
1) He sees where you are on the map no matter where you are (technically seeing through walls), and he will take the shortest path to get to you
2) He only moves after he laughs. I don't know if the duration of his movement is randomized after a laugh, but he will move after a laugh

Well my day hasn't been sunshine and rainbows but watching his videos makes a unicorn shit rainbows into my day😂😂(ik that makes little to no sense, but it makes sense to me)
What this game should have done is if the power runs out, is switch to a stealth game mechanic where you have to hide, and not make sound as all the animatronics start hunting for you. Instead of just making Freddy show up and kill you, It would be cool to go into a last chance effort where you have to use stealth to survive.
This game does sort of fail to make use of the open roaming model. I'd even say let the player move faster than the animatronics. You're outnumbered, if they're chasing you that makes noise, you will likely be cornered by more than one of them, so give the player a fighting chance. Instead it just becomes "run to the security room and play FNAF just like you usually do."
You're actually supposed to run from Freddy and foxy when they make it the office. While avoiding the others.

One of my favorite memories is watching jaws for a summer movie night at our community pool. It was so fun! Made it mire immersive and it made some of my friend sget spoked lmaooo. Having a showing of iron lung in a pool is an amazing idea!!
47:35 it’s actually very common for people with ADHD to thrive in chaos! Lots of ADHD people have found that their brains, already being wired to go fast and multitask, help them keep up with hectic environments better than the average person - one of the neat little perks of having ADHD :)
It’s very much one of the reasons we tend to thrive in chaos, but feel totally overwhelmed in calm situations. Our brains are finally getting the amount of input it constantly craves. I work in fast food, and usually do much better overall during the shifts where everything has gone wrong and everything is chaos. It especially helps when something catastrophic happens (like a major equipment failure) because my brain goes into “fix it” mode and I can take control of the situation in a way that most of the other managers in my store fall apart. I remember one time one of our most important pieces of equipment broke suddenly right after I clocked in, and there was three other managers on the clock. I took control, got everything under control, while the other managers were still trying to process what had even happened.

Nah because when Mark started going off about trailers I was staring at my screen going "right, right?!" some trailers totally just spoil the whole movie for you. The Iron Lung trailer is beyond amazing it leaves you on the edge of your seat questioning anything and everything you see and hear. Your hard work is incredible Mark! I can't wait to see the finished product!
Yeah but the whole point of a movie trailer is that you see what it is about. The 'trailer' was more of a teaser than a trailer. It won't really matter anyways since Mark might not release the movie internationally.

The FNAF1 view from the desk has Freddy come from the right side but he’s facing the opposite way with the cameras behind him (looking away from the desk).
So left is right and right is left.
That’s why he keeps getting thrown off with the patterns.
Another thing I realized was that the office is facing the wrong way which also doesn't help. Why is it facing away to the backwall and why is there a 3rd door?
This honestly threw me off too when watching this
I kinda wish the game had the hallway light buttons and the small windows that the OG FNAF 1 game has, would make looking out the hallway a little easier.
But since they actually WALK and RUN in this game, those things wouldn’t help him react fast enough and would only waste more power.

@@lanAdraHrepuS I’m not sure if this is like a weird meta strat but, you could use the hidden key to unlock the storage door. From there, you could find golden Freddy and a button that opens that third powered door (open means less power use). So you could hypothetically cheese it for slightly slower power consumption but I don’t know if this is just a placebo to make you think you’re using less power.
