@@Guyonyoutube201there’s one big difference though, Noel’s knees aren’t under incredible stress when he stands up. He doesn’t have to lift fat off his waist to properly dry off after a shower. He can do exercises of extreme calibre due to his increased use of steroids. While I wouldn’t personally recommend the use of steroids, he’s using it to achieve peak performance; it’s desired and he addresses his use saying he doesn’t want everyone to use them. I doubt Nik lives past 40 at the rate that he’s on so it would be beneficial for him to begin dieting and exercise.

I would absolutely love to see a collab between you two! I think this is a great opportunity to spread the message that it's not too late and that you can still change. Nikocado is a perfect example and I am legitimately so happy to see that he's improved and lost the weight. I struggled with weight myself until I decided to change, and I know how hard it can be to undertake the challenge. I have mad respect for him for staying committed.

it is never too late to start working on yourself before starting to work out.
You need to get the mentality first, else the body won't follow. You need to change yourself on the most internal parts of your being before thinking that changing your physical form is possible. You need to bypass the limitations you are giving yourself and you cannot use excuses anymore, and most importantly, the only person you should compare yourself is to yourself from yesterday.
It’s well known that doing those videos is the way he made his career as a CZcamsr and it’s really nice showing that opportunity for him, from both worlds, health and wealth. It’ll bring attention and relevance to both your channels, help nick have a better life and most important will send a pretty powerful message to all people struggling with weight loss.

I was 10 stone 10 years ago Noel, at my heaviest last year I was 25 stone. It was horrendous. You get tears under the skin in the fat layer that fill with blood, you struggle to exercise and you are miserable. I used to run mountains and last year I was having to use a cane. I’ve lost 3 stone since last year and I’m working on my binge eating disorder. There’s always something driving it and for me it was being abused as a child at residential school. I sought therapy last year and it’s massively helped. We’ve all got our struggles. I hope nik gets the help he needs and starts his journey

Everyone remembers where we all started whether it was a comment or a photo maybe it was an item of clothing not fitting like it use too. Many times you don’t realize you’re falling until you have hit the bottom. That’s where you make the decision… do you get up and climb or do you stay and waste away. Encourage others to do as you did.
My blood pressure went from 168/100 to 124/80 in 2 and a half months. I lost 21 pounds since i started going to the gym last 6th November my phobia was to go in a gym and at 39 years old, i decided to confront this fear. Don’t lose hope.

I think that the one problem that people have with the fitness industry is the judgement that people get, especially with the videos being put out of making fun of others for doing a workout in the wrong way. I think another thing is that the fitness industry is sometimes incredibly toxic, oh if you don't do this then your weak. We need to change that environment and then more people will be willing to work out and go to the gym more often.

nik has already tried fitness routines a couple months ago, however he stopped after around 2-3 weeks. its very depressing to see someone find motivation, then lose it almost immediately. nik becoming naturally fit would be one of the largest milestones the youtube community can currently undergo

As a fat guy myself i am really trying to do something about my weight. i am tired of getting tired of walking down the stairs or even walking around in the local supermarket.
I already stopped drinking alcohol and now i am trying to stop drinking soda's like cola and fanta. i also try to go to the gym at least 2 times a week.
I can say, it is very hard to start. But people like you, Noel Deyzel, but also people like David Goggins, Ronnie Coleman, Mike O'Hearn, Aziz Shavershian and even papaswolio are really motivating to do something about myself.

Last I saw Nick, he has lost some weight, and I was really happy for him. I don’t know how he’s doing now, but I really hope he’s working on getting to a better place in terms of his health. He showed himself at the same time I started taking my weight loss journey very seriously, so I was rooting for him.
