Thank you, Teacher Gon.
Thank you po sir....
This was really helpful Thanks 😊
Thank you so much 😍 teacher gon, ngayun alam na ng anak no kung paano isolve ang arithmetic sequence😊
Wow.. keep it up po..
Thanks sir Gon.
thank you. It really helps a lot. godbless.
Thank you...sorry super late reply...😊
Now i know. Thank You Sir Gon.
Welcome po..
Watching Sir Gon😍

Welcome...
Thank you sir gon, Nadistract naman ako background music mo sir. Hahaha
salamat po teacher
Welcome...
new sub here❤.
nice awts gege
Thanks Sagubs
Good day sir ! Ask kolang po what if pa backwards po yung sequence pano poyung easiest formula para masagutan poyun ? Ex. 69,62,55.....
What is the 9the term ?
I want to know how to find a common difference if the sequence has fractions. Di ko po kasi magets kung pano makuha ang d sa sequence na 6, 13/2, 7, 15/2, ...
Thank you!😊
same
Hoy glizee ginagawa mo dito HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
thank you so muchhhh!!
Welcome po
t=5n - 3
t= term
n = number of place
3 = first term - difference
2,7,12,17,....
Nice..
Hi sir good afternoon
How about po ung my square root?pano po ang paghanap ng common difference po thank u...
Hello sir I'm a bit lost at our topic😭
I just want to ask how do I solve a problem like this "write the nth term rule if the first term is 15 and the common difference is -8" hoping to get the answer😭
1,24,816....____10th term
Gusto ko po matutunan para po maexplain ko mabuti sa anak ko,thank you po in advance
pede po geometric sequence naman 4 term for each sequence example #1 81,27,9
#2 1,6,36
salamat
Thank you...sorry super late reply...😊
Why negative po ser
What formula used for this?
-2, 5, -8, 11, -14 how to find common difference
What if the common difference is not the same like 8,10,18,20 ? How to find the 8th term??
If the common difference is not the same... Its not an arithmetic sequence.
Ay ganon Pala Yun thanks po sir. Gon
find the nth term and term 20 of the sequence 7,4,1,-2,-5,-8..?
pano po pag ganyan?
Finding the Common Difference;
Given: n = 2 Formula: An = A1 + (n - 1) d
An = 4 Sequence: 7, 4, 1, -2, -5, -8, ...
A1 = 7
d = ? Solving: An = A1 + (n - 1) d
4 = 7 + (2 - 1) . d
4 = 7 + (1) . d
4 = 7 + 1d
4 - 7 = 1d
- 3/1 = 1d/1
-3 = d
Reminder:
n = 2th term is the 4 term
Small dots [ . ] is a multiplication
d = common difference
/ = divide
Like:
Solving:
An = A1 + (n - 1) d
1 = 7 + (3 - 1) . d
1 = 7 + (2) . d
1 = 7 + 2d
1-7 = 2d
-6/2 = 2d/2
-3 = d
Finding the nth term;
Given: An = -50 Formula: An = A1 + d (n - 1)
A1 = 7 Solving: An = A1 + d (n - 1)
d = -3 -50 = 7 + [ -3 . (n -1) ]
nth term = ? -50 = 7 + (-3n) -3
-50 = 7 + 3 + (-3n)
Sequence: -50 = 10 + (-3n)
A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 -50 - 10 = -3n
7 , 4 , 1 , -2 , -5 -60/-3 = -3n/3
20 = n
A6, A7, A8, A9, A10
-8 , -11, -14, -17, -20
A11, A12, A13, A14, A15
-23, -26, -29, -32, -35
A16, A17, A18, A19, A20
-38, -41, -44, -47, -50
Checking if the 20th term of the sequence is correct;
Given: An = 20 Formula: An = A1 + (n - 1) d
A1 = 7 Solving: An = A1 + (n - 1) d
n = 20 A20 = 7 + (20 - 1) . (-3)
d = -3 A20 = 7 + (19) . (-3)
20th term = ? A20 = 7 + (-57)
A20 = -50
Sequence:
A1, A2, A3, A4, A5
7 , 4 , 1 , -2 , -5
A6, A7, A8, A9, A10
-8 , -11, -14, -17, -20
A11, A12, A13, A14, A15
-23, -26, -29, -32, -35
A16, A17, A18, A19, A20
-38, -41, -44, -47, -50
@BTS-mich-BUTTER🥞🧈 That's not like that. Your sequence is incorrect. You need to determine first the common difference of it. If the results are same with common difference of sequence, is called correct. Sequence is made up of Positive Value and Negative Value.
Just let me give you a Correct sequence to get all the same common difference of it.
Examples:
Sequence: #Correct Form
It has Positive Value + of sequence and it is going up
1.) 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25
0 + 5 = 5
5 + 5 = 10
10 + 5 = 15
15 + 5 = 20
Lastly the value of 5th term is 20 is added with 5 common difference, the result/answer is 25.
20 + 5 = 25
This sequence has Negative Value but going up to reach the Positive Value.
2.) -20, -15, -10, -5, 0, 5, 10, 15, 20
-20 + 5 = -15
-15 + 5 = -10
-10 + 5 = -5
-5 + 5 = 0
0 + 5 = 5
5 + 5 = 10
10 + 5 = 15
Lastly the value of 8th term is 15 is added with 5 common difference, the result/answer is 20
15 + 5 = 20
@BTS-mich-BUTTER🥞🧈 Your sequence is incorrect or definitely called not example of Arithmetic Sequence.
-5, 32, 29, 26 - Incorrect
Why?
Your first term/ 1st term is -5 value
But the second to fourth term/ 2nd term to 4th term is 32, 29, 26.
Actually, your value of 32 to 26 is correct because it has the same common difference which is 3. Then, it has Positive Value but going down or decreasing which mean the common difference is actually -3.
32 - 3 = 29
29 - 3 = 26
However, your first term which -5 is different to the second term to fourth term. That's the real situation of that problem. Your sequence is incorrect (deformed).
Make sure your sequence is correct like this.
32, 29, 26, 23, 20, 17, 14, 11, 8, 5, 2, -1, -4
Common difference = -3
Positive Value going down to Negative Value.
-4, -1, 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32
Common difference = 3
Negative Value going up to Positive Value.
-4 + 3 = -1
-1 + 3 = 2
2 + 3 = 5
And so on.
