Fast metabolism isn’t necessarily healthy he just remains skinny
He has a fast metabolism (what I’m presuming) which means he doesn’t gain weight very much. It doesn’t mean your healthy, though it is much healthier to be thin than obese, as it’s not good to eat so much fried stuff on the daily. I mean who knows how he works out and what he eats out side of this videos, but it’s not really my place to say.
