I already have an Oura ring but the 3 15s were eye opening. I don't usually have caffeine but I did drink kombucha last night. Don't know if that contains caffeine.

The ring sounds really useful.
I had the original and my biggest issue was that it looked like a cheap plastic ring. I am not normally vain, but I honestly did not want to wear it in public. Are the newest ones better in this regard?
I don’t have one but I think it would be a lot better because they are made out of titanium

I really like my Gen 3 stealth but... the titanium it is made of scratches EVERYTHING made of glass. As a result I just wear it at night now. Scratched my phone camera lens and screen until I figured out that the ring was the cause. Good if you want a ring that doesn't get scratches. Bad for your other devices.

I’ve been using the Apple Watch for years now, and i do love it but I can’t sleep it in and I hate wearing it for too long. I’ve never tried whoop but I will try!!!
