    Great review! I am very excited about you guys bringing Stabicraft into Canada. Hopefully you get a chance to do one of these reviews on the 2050.

    Great and thorough walk around. Thank you for the attention to detail. Everything was well said and I even learned something new. Amazing about the three separate sealed chambers? Perhaps the odd looking design makes more sense now?? At first I thought it was a stealth boat lol😂 May take a while for me to get on board with the look but once again a great job Tim and George. Thank you.

      Thanks Spencer! We're learning as we go, but they sure are an impressive boat! Their performance on the water is really what sets them apart.

      So the 1850 has built in fuel tanks and the 1550 is 2 x removable jerry cans...

    Your boat description is one of the best I saw so far. What would be the choice for a fisherman like me who lures or jig from the Bow? I like the center console but stabicraft don't build center console boats so far as I know

      Thanks Daniel. If you are okay with a side console you should check out the new Stabicraft 1550 Frontier. There's a cool 3D builder on their website that really shows the boat well. Also, when you get into their 2250 series boats they make both a walk-around cabin and walk-thru front windshield / drop bow.

      @@gibbonsmotortoys thank you for your replay the 1550 is too small and the 2250 too big I am on range between the 1850 and the 2050.

      @@danielrochat5968 Understandable, at this point they don't make the design you're looking for in that size range.

      The boats are built in New Zealand, but this video was shot near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

    What would be the best leg length for a kicker?

    • @gibbonsmotortoys
      @gibbonsmotortoys  Před rokem

      We recommend a 25" leg, but you could probably get away with a 20" as well.

      @@gibbonsmotortoys awesome, thanks. I assume a 9.8 or 9.9 would be a good size for this?

    I’ve got a 2021 profish, great boat but your reference to not getting hit with water isn’t right, if you hit the right kind of waves and with the wind you’ll get water in your face, flat water you absolutely will stay dry. Check your stainless bolts as some of mine didn’t have washers, galvanic corrosion is a real thing and stabicraft have dropped the ball on this lately, also it’s up to the reseller to make sure they do the correct fit out.
