Tips from the Trainer :-
1) Make sure that you open your mouth wide enough to fit atleast 2 fingers.
2) For starters, one should practise ‘long notes (swaras)’. In other words, ‘one breath, one note’, and aim to hold the same for 15-16 seconds, aiming to go up to 30 seconds. This process varies from person to person, and helps one enhance concentration and stamina.
3) You may adjust the video's playback speed settings if you find difficulties in following.
4) Try to stick to the tabla and harmonium being played for your practices.
5) You may ask any doubts in the comment section. We will try to clear them as soon as possible.
