The 5:20 I spent watching/listening to this made me feel like there’s hope and a future. Like life is there to live and that there are still pretty places. In the least cliche way I can say this; I didn’t know I needed to hear it.
In Germany we have a word called "Fernweh" which basically means "far sickness" or "travel ache" and this song reminds me of that feeling.

I've turned my kids at work into Aly & AJ stans! I work in a residential treatment facility for kids who don't have families or are recovering from trauma and most haven't been home in months. One of my 12 year olds begged me to wake him up at midnight to listen to this song (we're gonna listen together in the morning hehe). You guys are impacting more lives than you know, thank you :)

It was destiny for me to see this comment. My sister who I have guardianship of is currently attending her third stay at a mental health facility for suicidal ideation and attempts and I’ve been working to get her into an inpatient treatment facility. This gives me hope for her trauma and feelings at such a young age. Thank you for all you are doing 💜

I love this album. I am grateful for having discovered them casually on Spotify. Some of the songs of this record are attached to the memories of an amazing Summer I have spent traveling through Europe with an old special friend. Now everything is over. The love, the friendship, but the music and the beautiful memories remain.
