I have been waiting for this. I seriously think dom's worlds liveviews are among the best if not the best. He just doesn't waste a second and disects each and every play and potential outcome with very sharp analysis and thought process. Love to see it!

Whenever any team underperforms he makes comments about it not just LPL. In the end Dom just wants every team to play their best level and LPL teams are what he knows best and you are the exact type of person that everyone here hates

Because they want to be like dogshit handegg. Everyone wants a double elim. TI11 has double elim with Bo3s and Bo5s in the finals. People have proposed changes to the format that would tracking storylines even better, but riot wants to be like traditional sports.

Liked what you said in the other vid about NA teams specific approach during Baron/Dragon initiatives wether or not to fight, because that was a major factor aside from other areas, like they have all the skills, havenât heard anyone else point it out. The fact Canyon loses this series while Peanut gets to win despite getting outperformed and outclassed 5 games in a row is actually insane. Botlane role + worst drafts ever are too big of an obstacle I guess. Still the best jungler of all time though

IMO game was decided on draft. Especially the Renekton picks for Nuguri. I dont agree with picking that champ for his "Burst" lethality build.
Im glad he didnt go bruiser but if you wanna hit sej? He never got access to backline ever in any of those games. Besides killing Lehends once.

@@DiabloTommaso I think GenG is good but I anticipate them having a lot of trouble against JDG because the jungle gap will likely still be there but there is also a bigger top gap I think, Nuguri hasn't been looking great this worlds. Hope is also a lot better at playing weakside bot while they abuse Doran

Canyon Showmaker did all they could, it felt like they never gave Nuguri a winning lane only ever a neutral lane and their bot lane was just there.

Im surprised they didnt ban away sejuani from peanut obviously it was the one champ he felt most comfort on during the tournament. make him play something else. Feel so bad for Canyon the man showed up but his team didnt till game 3 and 4, mainly showmaker took him a bit to be a playmaker this series, bust still felt like he didnt show out for this.

I don't think dk bot was bad, they did fine + they also did fine vs jdg + dk coach left yumi open twice + ruler is top 2 adc in the world + canyon plays for himself not for botlane this is why ghost fits dk more than deokdam or more probably any other adcs. Canyon was the best player in this b05, but gen.g played much better as team
Kellin played very well all series. Deokdam was literally the worst player in the series, hard inted game 1 and 2 and 5. He looked fine on aphelios in game 3 and 4 only because DK topside was smashing the game and at level 6 aphelios lulu could just stat check ganks - you can say they knew they win the 2v3 but deokdam demonstrated 0 awareness for the potential of him getting ganked those two games, as opposed to ruler. Come game 5, not only does he int to the same Peanut Sejuani play twice in the mid lane costing DK all of their tempo, but when DK had to drag the game late partially thanks to his ints, he did absolutely nothing as DK's main lategame scaling besides for just auto the closest guy. I don't think we need to talk about the two Lucian games he had do we? His mechanic and decision making both in lane and in teamfights were so shit I thought he was a LCS ADC. Honestly deokdam this series just looked like a diamond player that ended up in a challenger lobby.

That botlane needs serious help. Kellin is playing fine but Deokdam is so worthless. It feels like DK is playing a 4v5 whenever Deokdam is not on Aphelios.

the GA diff in that last team fight game 5 was real lol. nuguris was on cd, canyon and deokdam didn't have one complete and rulers never popped. RIP. Its kinda strange though cus GA kinda like zhonyas is one of those items that like it kinda feels useless in solo queue but is so impactful if used properly in pro. but maybe that's just me lol

I don't think it's that peanut can't play graves it's that you're risking doran being the only frontline or on tank if peanut isn't and chovy and ruler can carry so no need for graves. Doran also needs comfort or he'll run it down against better top laners. Dudes decision making is also questionable. His gragas is good idk why he doesn't play it anymore.
When you have Lehends on picks like lulu, nami and yuumi along with 2 hyper carry players who tend to get resources funneled into them i agree, peanut's best pick is always going to be on tanks.
Everyone saying that DK botlane is at fault, but at least they had a few good moments like Deokdam triple kill R and Kellin buying time for drake. But can you point to a single moment where Nuguri did anything useful?

How can anyone question Canyon after this, the mid/jgl duo this series was some of the most clutch performance at worlds since 2017 Faker dragging SKT to finals, peanut should be ashamed to get carried like this, he legit got made to look like peanut butter by Canyon from gamess 1-5. DK should have banned this Yummi abusing team sooner, and this is from a T1 fan, DK is to be respected, and sm and Canyon are the best mid/jgl in the world...or is someone gonna say Kanavi is better than Canyon next LMAO

i agree with everyone about canyon deserving the win over peanut but chovy, ruler and lehends deserved to win over their counterpart. it was a fair result and we got to see them win 2 games when deokdam didn't throw.
Chovy and Showmaker were evenly matched this series, Chovy was better in game 1 but SM was better in game 3 and was the reason why this series didn't end in a 3:0 game 2 started in favor of Chovy but late game SM was playing better he stopped their push and denied Chovy an engage that could have ended the game not to mention the Shurima shuffle near baron that could have won them the game had Deokdam played better game 5 was good back in forth that ended with Viktor outscaling Syndra.
@@salutcava2262 Game 1 i didn't even think chovy was that good but game 2 chovy played a near perfect Yone game, he immuned virtually every cc with the snap back, managed to farm evenly in lane vs an azir, made multiple short trades and picks at important times with help and also popped off in the team fight that "could have won them the game".
What did chovy do wrong in game 2? Deokdam didn't flash yone ult sure, Ruler didn't flash or heal when showmaker saved the game and killed him near botlane? Ruler didn't flash the ult in the same baron fight Deokdam didn't flash in? When Deokdam's misplays its a mistake from Deokdam but when Ruler misplays its a play from showmaker?
Showmaker smurfed the shit out of this series, he for sure deserved it over Chovy. Really feel like Chovy's relative passive playstyle and absentminded mistakes put him behind Showmaker this series. Chovy this series pretty much get got ahead with teamplay + afk side lane farmed while his team tried to not get smashed 4v5. He inted game 1 mid while he was ahead on Ryze, traded all his cd and health bar for not super meaningful chunk on the enemy several times as Yone game 2 (including the final baron fight), and got caught numerous times game 3. Meanwhile Showmaker made two fight winning plays game 2 (the 2nd one should have won them game if Deokdam wasn't a bot) and solokilled Chovy game 3, and still made many huge plays in the other 3 games. From this series it honestly looks like Chovy just doesn't know what to do when his team isn't ahead everywhere and able to statcheck the opponents.
â@@vPzWalkerx My guy, Ruler flashed at the baron fight in response to Showmaker shuffling in, Showmaker then flashed in response and got the 4 man shuffle that should have won them the fight if Deokdam just flashed and didn't get oneshot from full hp by the Yone ult. Meanwhile Chovy got chunked by Lucian at the start of the fight for no reason and (this is also Lehend's fault) caused Lehends to waste both exhaust and Yuumi ult. The Yone would have done absolute 0 that fight if Deokdam had hands. Game 1 Chovy inted at mid lane and pretty much just got ahead thanks to team play, and Showmaker still made several good plays in the small windows afforded him. Game 2 3 and 4 Showmaker absolutely outperformed Chovy with literal game winning plays. Even game 5 on the Syndra pick he had that insane flash combo play with Canyon.

Its at the stage i feel like neither side will ever agree on chovy. If you like him he's the best player in the world. If you don't then he's just a "passive" player whos greedy and plays for CS stats.

nuguri had skill cd and backed out, but maybe he should just go into ruler to tank a few shots while deukdam hitting him. But it was a split second decision in the intense fight. I guess geng had a better luck + ruler's instinct.

deokdam threw that final fight so fucking hard, he q'd with scythe way too early and then went at gnar initially with the 2nd one instead of just backing off and waiting for ruler to fuck up, he also couldve galeforced down and let the active kill chovy alone instead of galeforcing towards him and he wouldve been in position to instantly pick off ruler, hes a good aphelios but my god his priority calling in fights annoys the shit out of me
