Can anyone give me a ‘long story short’ about what the ‘sticking to sandpaper’ references mean. I missed out 😮 and can’t be enlightened until I know 😂
It's "flypaper," the kind you use to catch flies, not "sandpaper." In other words, by trying to figure it out and heal/fix/free ourselves, rather than just relaxing and letting the Holy Spirit do the work, we are actually making things harder rather than easier, much like getting stuck to a piece of sticky flypaper. (Someone else might be able to better explain. Hope that helps!)

Keith, I guess only when you have an experience of God's Love, you will be able to apply everything you say, right? Otherwise, if you don't FEEL God's Love, how can you look at your dad and your brother suffering in hospital, and say "All is well. This doesn't mean anything. It's just a dream"?
@amandaroncatobatista2727 no, you're misunderstanding. Part of the dream is Amanda having thoughts and feelings in the dream.
This is NOT saying to stop ego thoughts and feelings. That's impossible. You can't do that and if you're trying to do that you're doing it wrong.
This is saying you bring them to the Holy Spirit by not putting a label on those ego thoughts and feelings, not judging them or justifying them, not projecting a meaning onto them.
DO NOTHING except witness your ego WITHOUT saying it means something, without judging it.
This isn't about fixing or shutting up the ego.
It's about forgiving it.
And that undoes it.

But how do I stop judging these ego thoughts and feelings? I am doing everything you tell not to do... I understand what you are saying. I am just not being able to apply the non judgment.
No problem. Look at the judgements without putting a label on them. If you find yourself judging the judgement, don't put a label on that. If you find yourself judging the judgements of the judgements, don't put a label on that.
You're trying to do something.
That's fly paper.
You don't do anything.
Let your ego thoughts, judgements and emotions be exactly what they are. Stop trying to fix it and change it.
Whatever yor mind is doing, let it do it.
Just don't put a label on it.
Suffering is happening.
But now you're suffering about the suffering.
That's doubling the suffering.
Let the suffering happen.
It's happening anyway.
Just don't put a meaning on it. Don't label it.
If you start labelling it, then don't label the labelling.
Surrender to the suffering thats here without doubling it by suffering over the suffering.
If you give it a meaning, that's judgement, not forgiveness.
