He's fidgeting all the time, always running around in the background or literally bouncing in his seat, he's usually not paying attention to what's happening around him or on contrary he gets hyperfocused on one single task, and he spends ages just staring into nowhere, zoning out.. Jungkook is literally the embodiment of my adhd problems 😁
@@Pixinka28 Yes, your description is perfect. If I didn't think he had ADHD, I'd be calling him rude for playing around and being a distraction when other members are talking! He just can't sit still - whether he's making funny noises or expressions with his face, zoning out, fidgeting, drawing other members into whatever he's doing etc., he's definitely got something going on.
I actually think if ADHD had been recognised when I was a child, I would've been diagnosed with it. I actually believe I have it to this day!

It's a neurological disorder/abnormality that typically causes a multitude of things which include but aren't limited to: hyperactivity, poor attention skills, shifting moods, and many other things. The hyperactivity thing is a definite for JK, as is the (sometimes) poor attention skills, shifting moods and whatnot. Including the "Jungshook" phenomenon (the thing where he suddenly widens his eyes and/or lifts his head, suddenly transporting himself into an entirely new dimension). I've done that sort of thing myself (although my friends tell me I just look murderous when that happens), and it's actually kind of common. ADHD is in the DSM-5, which is a list or category of developmental or neurological disorders recognized by the USA and whatnot. Sadly, Korea is still lightyears behind other countries in accepting or even offering treatment for things like ADHD (something that I believe Park Bom from 2NE1 also has herself), and there usually isn't a medicine (or if there is, it's outlawed in Korea). Not having meds for this available makes treating it hard, but it's not like it causes actual harm. I've never been on meds for it a day in my life and I've done just fine, but every case is different.
