    Was happy that in under 15-mins, i was able to grasp what MSFT Power Automate does and what Robotic Process Automation means.

    Amazing video, thanks. Making these videos with real-life scenarios helps a lot when looking for inspiration. And also, where can we buy those hoodies ?

    What happens if the RPA engine doesn't recognise the invoice, can we branch and force human intervention/training steps ?

    Thanks for the video. I have got a similar one. Is there anyway we can make the desktop ui flow faster? I mean I want to make the key strokes faster. Currently iam trying to use the desktop ui flow on power virtual agent and it is timing out.

    Damn that’s cool. What license do you need for UI flow?

    Few questions here. How will the UI flow know if the app is installed on the system or not? How do we standardize the version of the desktop legacy app.

    This is really cool... Does this work with all kind of terminals?

  • @hernanmauricioperezmunoz4937

    Thanks for video. I was watching the scalable process using Power Automate, but Can I implement the scalable method only using flows in Power Automate Cloud? Thanks for the support. Best from Colombia

    Sounds Amazing, How to handle different invoice templates though?

    • @MSFTMechanics
      @MSFTMechanics  Před 4 lety +6

      The AI should in most cases be able to handle variances in the template if the data elements are the same. Else you can retrain the model, including additional template formats.

  • @AndreasMake

    Did i understand it right when I'm thinking a server can be assigned to this automation or is this limited to the current client having to release the control of the computer momentarily? Great video

    • @MSFTMechanics
      @MSFTMechanics  Před 4 lety +3

      The recommendation would be to have a running dedicated virtual machine with the legacy app installed. It will literally take control of the cursor from the logged in session, so you wouldn't want a real user logged as the UI flow automation happens.

    This is really great.... But...I followed this step by step but could not get through an issue where my Predict action only had 2 options: Model and Pay Load request. Shame, because really wanted to demo this to a client. When is this Predict action that you're using going to become available to Microsoft Partners & Public?

    I work at a US insurance company, there are many processes which can benefit from automation triggered by emails. Of course there are pdf attachments. Can we tinker the recordings created by the UI recorder of they're not very reliable?

    • @MSFTMechanics
      @MSFTMechanics  Před 4 lety +2

      Yes. Or you can rerecord and reinsert into your workflow of you need to change it.
