Today in this video, I am going to discuss about The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act which was enacted in 2012, and is a special law to protect children. To protect children from crimes like sexual assault, sexual harassment etc, POCSO Act was imposed.So, today in this video we will discuss An overview of the Act, Fundamental Principles and Important aspects, which will help us to learn how POCSO Act proved to be an effective law, helped in curbing the occurrence of sexual offences against children.
