Are We Then Yet Workshop Copenhagen 2024

This video showcases the theater techniques (Devised Theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed) I am adapting for my writing process. It is a five-minute montage of a two-hour workshop themed "loving the earth," focused on reciprocity and ceremony. I began with setting group norms and reading a land acknowledgment. Then we read excerpts of works by José Esteban Muñoz, Audre Lorde, and Robin Wall Kimmerer. The workshop included voice and body warm-ups, trust-building in pairs, and short scene development. Each exercise built on the previous one, with reflection, writing, and sharing in between.
