    1st in FS, yes, but he fell in SP and placed 2nd behind Hoffmann, if I remember correctly.

    actually, Robin won the FS AND the SP I believe.

    No - Robin won both SP and LP despite the fall on the straight line step sequence.

    @slapshotz20 I'm not sure what the relevance of Pete Townshend is - actually I do like him. As for the truth, I've already said that I liked Jan's skating and I fully supported him when he made the right decision as a judge to give the gold to Oksana Baiul over Nancy Kerrigan in Lillehammer in 1994, despite the screaming denunciations of him coming from the US media. I just don't see what your issue is with Robin Cousins. You seem a bitter and twisted old woman.

    I too liked Jan Hoffmann and his skating, however I don't think it is necessary for you to be so vitriolic about Robin Cousins. Nobody in the history of the sport has ever had such a perfect line and effortless flow over the ice as Robin.
    You can support Jan without being do bitter and twisted about Robin.
