I don't think this song is Mr Boogie. From what I can tell, it's a cover of Mind Power by James Brown. Jay referencing Brown during the performance, and the basslines are almost identical. This sounds nothing like "mind power". He does reference James Brown for the song, but I think it is different James Brown song. Not sure which one though. Will have to do some digging.
