Going over my Shadow 2 Compact. what's been done and who did it. this is prob my fav EDC right now. Don't forget can use code TBD10 to save 10% at RangerWrap.com
Very Nice! I cannot find a Shadow 2 Compact the past number of weeks. The only ones I see are on Gunbroker and are listed up to $1K over MSRP, which there's no way I would pay that.
i preordered one on EuroOptic a little over a week ago @ $1250 and it shipped today. I may have gotten lucky but the wait seems to be weeks and not months.... Good luck
Sweet gun. I have this Vytal set up on my CZ P01 Omega. I also have the shadow 2 compact and again went with Vytal grips, but the color is closer to the oem mag release. Enjoy.
An absolutely perfect setup. It’s rare that I find something online that matches my aesthetic style. If these came in a decocker model, I’d sell my house to get one
@@TacticalBeardedDadI wish my vytal’s were a little more aggressive personally . I have the same ones you have on my sp01. Not brave enough for the acupuncture set they have Lol
@@PsychoBeast017 yeah they are pretty aggressive. I've never used them myself either but I have a friend that had them and said that it was pretty much like an aggressive 2011 grip and I've got one of those and it's not that bad it's not something I would want to use on a daily basis more of just at the range or competition.
Sweet looking CZ! Were you able to keep the factory finish on the slide and did united firearms seal the raw steel that was exposed from the bore? From what I’ve seen you have to cerakote the entire slide which I’d rather not do. I love the factory finish. Thanks!
I’ve had my compact for a few months now & haven’t had any hiccups. The only negative to me it seems to be sprung really soft and I can feel the slide bottom out under recoil a little
Sweet piece. Helped motivate me to snag one and trick her out a bit. Can you plz go into what effect each of the after market trigger parts had on this piece? Given the lack of wall on the S2c, I was hoping to add a more tactile single action trigger wall, for carry purposes.
Very beautiful gun ! The parts that you mention such as trigger and safety lever etc , you had to send a gun to Impact machine ? If yes, whats turn around time was it? Thank you.
Beautiful work Do you have links to all the modifications you did ? I have the Shadow 2 and I am waiting on the compact from my local gun shop Nice gun !
Love the upgrades! I put an extended safety on mine and it didn’t work out for me . The safety failed in single and double action. And I was able to engage the safety on and off without the hammer cocked . Are you able to engage the safety without the hammer cocked on yours? With the regular safety it is not possible to.
Original sear in yours? If one canjunizes a s2c, CGWs supplies an adjustable sear with their pro package. Easy to install and only has to be adjusted and then loctited. Safety functions perfect after sear adjustment. Your original oem sear needs fitting (filing). That would be my guess. I installed a pro package in my s2c, amazing trigger pull on both da/sa.
Can you tell me specifically which optic plate youre using? And does that built in rear sight co-witness properly with the factory front sight? Like if your dot died on you would those irons be functional and accurate with correct height?
It is the optic plate from Impact Machine normally the place I get all my stuff for anything CZ related. And your question about the co-witness yes I actually had an issue this weekend where my optic kept going out but I was still on target.
@TacticalBeardedDad I just got my S2C, I'm having a hard time picturing any kind of upgrade to the trigger even being possible, it's already basically a hair trigger on SA, the pull is so light and smooth, did you actually notice a difference with the trigger changes, and were they substantial enough that you thought it's worth it?
@TacticalBeardedDad absolutely more esthetically pleasing than the sro but I love the window size. Thanks for the reply brother, awesome content keep up the rad work.
He specifically said it’s Ranger Wrap. A quick search and you can find it online for $20. The light is a TLR7a, and an SRO optic. People don’t usually comment on the specifics of their firearms due to a myriad of reasons. Hope this helps
I do carry this it's probably my favorite EDC right now. Have to get a little bit used to it cuz it is a little bit heavier got to make sure you got a good belt and everything but I no that if for some reason I do have to use it it's going to do what I want when I want.
Glad I picked mine up when I did . I was in that window that it was relatively easy to find for a few days. I even got it under msrp.
Just got a call from my local shop that randomly got one in. I guess I was the only one on the list cuz I snagged it for 1300 💪. Stoked
Picked up a S2C with the HD. It is goinG to be my EDC. Going to run 1k rounds before thinking on making any additional changes. Great video!
What a beautiful piece! Love the upgrades! this inspired me to do the same for my P01, and SP01!

I agree there's a lot of people out there right now that since they're harder to find they are overpricing like crazy
Check Scheels it’s best to call and find out which location has them. Purchased mines Friday 🥹

I just purchased one from Scope List at $1250 yesterday

decockers are for fudds lol
With the way these things are selling you about have to lol factory ones or going almost double because they're so hard to find
the shadow 2 compact is my new favorite gun.
it feels really good and high quality in your hand in a way that most other guns don't.
I gotta give it to ya, that’s the cleanest CZ shadow 2 and 2 compact I’ve ever seen. The grips are what does it for me.
Appreciate that. Those are from vytal Manufacturing

This had been tastefully done right. I bet it shoot as good as it looks.

Yeah I believe they redid the entire thing but it's looked factory. They did a great job and the ported changes it completely.
Beautiful 🤩
Appreciate that.
Sweet. Same setup with mine except it’s stock internals and no porting.
Just got one too last month and it runs great 😅
Be careful with extended firing pins. Totally unnecessary and can allow the gun to fire if dropped. Nice setup!

I can. I plan on going into some little more indepth and also the range footage
Very beautiful gun ! The parts that you mention such as trigger and safety lever etc , you had to send a gun to Impact machine ? If yes, whats turn around time was it? Thank you.
I actually did most of it by myself at the house normally with impact it's not too bad of a wait. But definitely worth it
Beautiful work

Nice gun !
Did you get any reply on this? I'm curious myself on some of the parts.
Cool grips
I love the setup! Which light is that? Is it flush? Thank you
It's a TLR7A with emissary switches and ranger wrap. And yes it sits flush. You can use code TBD10 at ranger wraps website and save you a little.
This makes me want to tinker with my P01

Mine works as it should. Can not engage without hammer cocked. I would go back thru the install and see if something not catching properly
Exactly how i would set up my S2C
Grab you one and do it. You will not regret it.
Great build! I like mine a whole lot guessing the porting keeps it insanely flat. Oh shit I see you have a Fowler; how do you like your V9?
Yes you are correct flat as a board. The V9 has to be the sexiest 2011 out there right now. And Logan is a great guy.
Where did you get those scales from?
Need more vids on this beaut man!
Hope to have some range footage soon.
love the s2 s2c wish they make s2c in real steel frame instread of alumium
What holster do you use for concealed carry I’m having issues find a good one. And dose the extended safety get in the way of the holster?
Valley Tacticians makes mine. He is local to me. But can use code TBD10 on his website and save some.
The trijicon hd doesn’t interfere with the ejection port right?
I haven't had any issues with it at all.
That is a really nice piece, and the RMR HD looks perfect on there
It really does. Was afraid was gonna look big but looks meant to be
I like that porting job I bet its flat shooting. Mine rocks the same optic plate with a dual illum RMR.
Very nice yeah I'm actually going to try out the PB3 on here so taking the RMR off for a little bit to see how I like it

I’ll be walking & 👏🏾 while everyone else will be 🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♂️.
What size dot did you go with on the RMR HD, 1moa or 3moa?
3 moa. I can not see the 1 moa with these horrible eyes.
Where do you get the grips?
They are from vytal Manufacturing
Rmr hd worth it? Im lusting after one but dont know how much effort to out into finding one.
Yes it's definitely worth it. It's hard between the RMR HD and SRO but I like the different reticles options and love the look of it.
@TacticalBeardedDad absolutely more esthetically pleasing than the sro but I love the window size. Thanks for the reply brother, awesome content keep up the rad work.
Thanks brotha. Still learning this whole thing. Lol.
@TacticalBeardedDad much cleaner content than mine for sure! Killin it man one of these days we will have to meet up outside the chat.
I still say that it needs a decocker!
Lmao damn you dumped some money on this, I like the dedication
More to come as well. With impact machine right now getting something done.
Please send me the link to the company you bought the grips from. Thanks.

...that's a Trijicon RMR HD optic @@mr.310notyalc9
What grips are those ?
Vytal manufacturing
What's your total spend on this?
A lot. Lol. Not really sure to be honest. I would say guessing somewhere in the 2500 range
I've never shot one,but I can not stand curved triggers.....also Bearded and tactical myself.
Nice!!! I actually have a flat on the way.

@@TacticalBeardedDad nice. Are you carrying half cocked or fully cocked with the safety engaged?
Company parts of update?
Are you asking who did the upgrades?
What grip is this
It's from vytal grips. Best in the biz
I'm guessing 3,000$
Very close.
I’m guessing with all the upgrades more like 4.5k-5k
