Creamed Honey

  • Honey can last forever, and just because it's become candied doesn't mean you can't enjoy it. It can be remelted gently to regain its runny consistency, eaten or cooked with candied, or turned into wonderfully creamy Creamed Honey.
    All you need is an equal amount of candied honey and runny honey, an electric mixer and about 10 minutes.
    Just place all the honey into a large mixing bowl and blend with the electric mixer for 5-10 minutes or until the mixture has become smooth, light and creamy in consistency.
    Store in an airtight container in either the refrigerator or in the cupboard and it will stay nice and creamy.
    Use just as you would any honey and enjoy!
