This video is scary. Because it doesn't show how Jake is going to lose to Tyson.
Appearances do not matter here. Does Tyson still have endurance or stamina?
Power does not last as long as the next younger person. Energy will deplete faster when one is over the age of 40, generally. Tyson may still have style or technique, but Jake will have more stamina, assuming he's trained for the long distance.
The only way Tyson is going to win convincingly is to use his power and technique to knock out Jake in the first 2 rounds, not holding anything back. After round two, if Jake is still standing, Tyson will be on the downhill then.
A fight is about more than endurance and punching power. There's technique, especially defense and footwork, and Tyson is better at both. There's also Boxing IQ, ring smarts. Tyson is better here too. And finally, there's mental fortitude and animal desire. tbh, I'm not inside either fighter's head so I really can't say on this one.
Tyson has said in an interview that he's afraid to unleash his beast. His family loves Jake Paul, he said. Besides, it's just an exhibition match, and money isn't a great motivation for Tyson to box like a beast. He has gone soft and mellow. The moment he gets stung hard, it will be too late for Tyson to be a beast.
He gassed out in his fight against Roy Jones. He won't lastany rounds with the younger Jake Paul.
P.S. I'm rooting for Tyson, nevertheless, but he has to knock out Jake within two rounds.
