In past three months I have sown probably 10 boxes of Wagos all around the city. We use them alot on lighting grid work when we replace new heads on old poles. Theyre a solid product IMO and pretty much an industry standard connector we use here in Finland. Loving the vids, keep 'em coming!
Need to double check that 240 line voltage again with the main breaker turned off because voltage drop changes with load. One leg missing is probably the MOST common power complaint, next to a missing neutral. 9 times out of 10 you can spot the issue from the ground using binoculars... or just a good eye. Usually a color change or burn mark on a crimp or wires chaffing on a tree. You call the power company and say you have a "part power call / burnt service feed" and they will usually have someone out within an hour or so. Be prepared with a street address and a pole number and you will sound professional. If you get stuck in the phone tree (automated answering) hit 0 or say "speak to a rep" and you can get a live person. BTW, when talking electrical, never use the word "bond" unless you mean tying a ground to a neutral. Wire nuts and Wagos make (good) connections, not bonds.
Get yourself a Fluke meter, and a fiberglass ladder or stop messing with overhead wiring. Did you mention Con Ed, I worked for them yrs ago Great video,: as for not getting paid there’s an old saying “screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me “😅
quick tip put your finger at the end of the noncontact detector and it helps with the sensor not picking up static etc making it go off when the equipment is actually off.

There going to trickle very small checks to you to keep you going until your just buried in invoices. Then when you quit doing work your out all the invoices. Yes i warned you. Yes. Im right
@@thehandymanexperience226 yes. Small checks to keep you on the hook. Then they will start disputing invoices. Everything will keep dragging on and they keep throwing more and more work at you with half pay invoices because of disputes. When you finally stop all work you won't see another dime.
Find yourself a good contract attorney who will charge you a very small fee to file a lien for each and every invoice you create for these warranty and management companies. It is normal business practice and none of these companies should be offended by the way you do business to ensure you get paid. It really isn’t expensive to do and it is worth every penny.

Insurance, Warranty,,,,quick to take your money, slow to pay you! They get paid lots of money with sweep accounts, daily interest and even nitely interest.
When I do warranty work for anyone. I tell them up front. I get paid when the job is completed, credit card only. If they do not pay, I do after the property owner/ tenants

Delta. Easiest to install and easiest to repair. Also the repair parts are cheap and found everywhere. From the small mom and pop hardware stores to the big name home improvement stores. Trust me Delta is what you want.
It’s different oeople say u can’t use those inline concealable wire splices their bad blah blah blah but mobile home use those all day everyday way bigger wires and more wires when they jump power from one half to the other that’s what they use under the insulation and plastic under the home
