Karen Bell is a clairvoyant, spiritual medium and a trance channel for an Andromedan guide named Sarai from the Andromeda galaxy who identifies herself as an ambassador for a multidimensional collective of healers. The times we have all spent BETWEEN lifetimes is also accessible within the Akashic Records. If our lives were all happening at once like this woman claims, it would reflect that within these sacred records, and to my knowledge no such record exists. I remember reading in a Seth book, I think it was The Nature of Personal Reality that if someone starts selling you on the idea of Nirvana that you should run the other way. He says that this form of teaching destroys the integrity of your being. Also, that the ego is a highly specific focusing tool for operating in the physical reality. I receive downloads daily and I've been meditating for over 50 years. The idea of becoming a light being with no physical form does not appeal to me at all. I think it is awesome to be in the physical reality, but with a spiritually enlightened ego to direct your experience and to learn from it as you go. The mental construct and the intuitive construct are the tools that give us our equilibrium. It is up to us to assume responsibility for our own individual sovereignty as a being so that we can create a reality that resonates with our own unique way of being. I love the wisdom in this discussion and I agree with it for the most part as long as it does not suggest self-annihilations of my individuality and personal sense of self.

Thank you for sharing these thoughts. Sarai does not suggest that we eradicate our mental construct. She suggests we centre ourselves as the observer of our construct, and then consciously and deliberately restructure it in harmony with Source energy. Most people never see it. They get lost.
That’s not what annihilation means. It means aligning your mind with your soul, and annihilating any negative self-thoughts by automatically believing the opposite and laughing at yourself, that’s all haha. It’s about placing your ego, if you will, in harmony with your soul (emotion)
Your individuality and self grows through this process, it doesn’t lessen
I notice as I learn to get closer to nature, closer to loving everyone no matter who they are, people treat me differently. For instance, I went to the dentist office and I was feeling love for everything and everyone. I sat down, and there was this young man there, that kept looking at me, and finally he sat in front of me and struck up a conversation. We ended up planning his future together, lol, and while this was going on, I felt his surprise at opening up to this old lady so quickly. But when the tech called me to the back, we were both surprised, and he was disappointed. That sort of thing started to happen everywhere I went, so now I know errands will take a lot longer than they used to. I feel grateful to be able to help, and it always seems to raise the happiness level of everyone in the space. That happen to anyone else here?
Yes. I also used to think it was just me. Lol 😂. But i see it more and more online. Not so much with ppl around me. This could be because we are the seeds planted to raise up the one's around us, ( my protective anyway). So of course it looks like " I'm the only one". . . And. . . Feeling of seperation and walking a lonely path. I've def felt this very much. And def nature. I had some anxiety the other day and i remember someone said stay grounded. Just for this reason i sat next to a tree, took my shoes and socks off despite the temp being about 45 degrees. And in about 10-15 min it subsided. And when camping. . . I sleep so good. So I'm convinced, grounding/ nature is healing and we are a part of it. I already know theres studies that prove this. Just look up "the founder of grounding "on you tube. But I'm right there with you. The shift, still have challenges, feel alone sometimes, more sensitive but aware, more loving and compassionate. All of it. Hope this helps. Namaste 🙏

When i started looking up the founder of grounding i seen a guy ( i forget his name ) started to test this in the 70's. And after alot of tests seen ppl that walled barefoot on the ground or physically connected to the earth, reduced inflammation, reduced anxiety, slept better, etc

I have been seeing these beautiful blue lights for many years. In more recent years, I’ve been seeing more and more of them. Often around patients that I am treating therapeutically. My husband also sees them (and more frequent the last few years.). I believe they are benevolent and here to help raise the frequency of our world as we navigate the rapid evolution of conscious that’s unfolding now.

Really enjoyed this. A lot of info that is the same as Seth was saying channeled by jan3vroberts back in 60’s, 79’s and 80’s! Books Seth Speaks etc. Jane roberts also wrote beautiful series of novels starting with ‘over soul seven’ which she said she didn’t feel she wrote because they just flowed through her. These novels are about series of lives all happening at same time in different time periods…. Different aspects of the soul and their over souls development. They r such lovely novels every 10 years or so I like to re read them. Completely the same info as was given here re our simultaneous reincarnations. I highly recommend these books

The problem with remaining "too" ignorant or oblivious to what is happening in the world is that the powers that be will walk all over us. If everyone did that, then no one would resist injustice and help our fellow humans. And one day we will wake up and it'll be too late. We will be slaves to one form of centralized authority or another. But I do agree there needs to be balance on where we put our attention. Where's that sweet spot is, is difficult to tell.
I got angry at my husband because he wasn’t allowing me to have solitude. I’m in a place where I need to be alone so I can go to that place where I can discern and process.
I experience these moments as well, and see them as highly ironic. Express anger in order to find my peace...

There appears to be constant change. There appears to be lots of souls gone astray. There appears to be lots of differing messages about how best to navigate these chaotic times. In my mind/body construct i am very drawn to what i perceive as attractive women which i see in this video. It influences my perception of the messages. It at least holds my attention longer. However, acknowledging these constructs, i, the expanded self or perhaps the ‘higher self’ feel i have aligned very much with the message from Sarai and am very thankful to Sarai, Karen and Jannecke for this transmission. I have had a guilt ridden roman catholic upbringing, which has taken a long time to recover from. ‘Spiritual’ topics have been laced with unworthiness and victimhood… so so deep…. The pits!! So the very words that point to a way forward have enslaved… love, prayer, angels, higher self etc. It's so easy for the mind/body to go astray. However i do feel it's all fine cause it's all part of the journey ‘i‘ have created. Sarais words feel so universal, all encompassing, full of love, accurate, concise and aligned with the values i most long for, yet still hold some resistance for. In response i will once again take my time to settle, ground in solitude and feel the true direction :-) Thank you everyone :-)

I’ve never thought of myself as psychic but more intuitive. I can so relate to knowing things about people or situations when not being previously told or shown. I totally agree with you & your Starseed friend. My husband & I have both been guided by our Greenie (although some of them are blue), which are from the Pleiades, since we were small children. On a daily basis, we channel & write down what they want to share with humans. Then, after we write it down, through their telepathic energies, as we finish, they send it to their AI computer, where it is translated into the top 24 languages spoken on Earth. Thank you. I have a very bright white light on the side when I meditate. Strong enough to see it if I cover myself with white bedsheet. In 99, I meditated on this light trying to bring it forward to see it. After like two hour of meditating it got super bright but could not bring it forward then I give up and broke into a thought that It might be God as it say in the bible you can not face god or you go blind.
The the Light come forward and could see it. I could see it with my eye open or closed and a voice come in my spine, no the ear. Said, " I CAN BE ANYTHING YOU THINK OR MAKE OF ME, AS LONG I DO NOT GET LOST FROM THE VIEW". Good to share. I can wait to see the surprise when realisation that, we never been alone. Like having neighbors next door with a one way mirror as a fence and paths.

I have been on earth many times mostly during these collective human awakenings. I do not have any videos on line at this time but will in the near future.
I've seen interviews with quite a few "late bloomers", I think it's fairly normal... people who were high up in the military, neuroscientists, deeply religious etc, people who spent most of their lives not really believing in the spiritual realm, who suddenly started channeling (and often resisting it at first as it was so out of their comfort zone). Doing your "inner work"? What is meant by that phrase precisely? How am I supposed to do something when it's far from clear what it actually is?
"Inner work" in the way that Sarai describes it, is first realizing your true identity as consciousness, not the mind or the body. The second step is observing the thoughtforms, beliefs, ideas and perspectives within your "mental construct" (mind) that are not in harmony with your highest good and the highest good of all. Every thoughtform carries a vibration; when doing this "inner work" you discern what energies you are holding in your mental body that may not be serving you. As you do this you shift your own personal resonance which affects the whole.

Wow, thank you so much for this both of you and Sarai, loved when you talked about the living multiple lives in parallel timelines and dimensions all happening in the present moment and been able to connect with yourself energetically as this came in my head a couple of weeks ago and I found myself doing just this, also the news I think this is what holds us back still believing in any of that with sending our attention on a massive scale to a certain subject and believing the world is so separated, my attention goes now in creating a new reality in a higher timeline, I still send my empathy and love to all beings suffering on the planet but don't buy into narratives media tries to steer us, I don't think its all made up but it doesn't get my attention the way it used to, I feel it but practice the art of not thinking or sending my attention to lower vibrational things and remaining highly aware of misleading information been thrown out their into the collective. Jabobsen and many million lamps have been sold worldwide since the first in 1937... Hollywood loves it -- in most movies, including seen in ALL James Bond movies, if you look you will see a LUXO LAMP in there somewhere at one point, even in your video tonight Karen! :)

Here’s my take on my experience… I recall at least 20 past lives, & i operate in each lifetime separately. Yes, some spiritual giants may run various bodies at the same time, but we as SOUL focus on living one life after another & for me, there is a chronological order to them. Indeed, I was a Native American female living in the SW US, but I wasn’t busy w/ that life, when I was a little Jewish kid who went by train to Auschwitz. And when I was an African male, and put into slavery in the southern US state of Georgia or South Carolina, I was not at the same time in the concentration camp or the southwest. To records coexist on the causal plane, of past, present & future, at the same time but thers a sequence of events. SOUL normally operates one physical body at a time.. In the lower world, there’s the physical, the emotional or astral, the causal, mental, & etheric planes, which are the worlds of duality. You as soul, a spiritual being have your origin on the soul plane, where duality no longer exists. The records of past lives all exist at the same time, but we experienced them separately. You can see the future or the past on the causal plane, you can go beyond your physical consciousness & view the history of the entire planet on the causal plane. Your attention on any particular moment in time, whether this lifetime or a past lifetime gives life to them as you watch. It’s similar to a movie, but you know as you watch you are viewing events that took place already. & if you are open to it, you can experience all the emotions that exist within those past records. The records are there on the causal plane for anyone to view. The causal plane is where psychics or seers, like Nostradamus can look to see what’s coming in the future. Although psychics can confuse their own future records, with those of other people, so it’s best to do your own viewing. And I have done so for many years, by chanting the sacred word HU every day. Yes I agree, the Law of One also says ppl tend to be either more wisdom over love, or more love over wisdom. I feel I am more the love over wisdom and really identify with tuning in to feel if something is true for me. I feel that all of these channels coming through are a bit like offerings. Is this the reality you wish to align with? Then we can navigate to co-create from our response. I suppose those who agree enough end up together in whatever reality they agree upon.
