Picked up a Specialized Tactic. It's not small, but it's also not uncomfortable. Probably going to use this most of the time, unless you all make fun of me.
My POC tectal is a MTB helmet, but it's super comfortable and it doesn't look so MTB'ish once I took the visor off. I've been looking for a new helmet but when I try them on they're never as comfortable.
Yeah, the visor is really huge on these things, and not very useful for much else than fending off branches and potentially looking cool. I wonder if mine if re-attachable. Love the protection on the back of the head though!
I like mountain bike helmets, though I usually go visorless, and wear a cap under the helmet instead.
That sounds pretty smart, the MTB visor doesn’t do much against the sun. I guess it’s made for branches and stuff?
