    I am grateful to say that I am a born again Christian and have been since I was 19.......the reason I believe we have ppl who are atheists in this society is because of the fall of sin and the deceit of Satan! folks if you don’t know Christ as your savior then it burdens my soul to think that you are headed for a terrible place called Hell where the Bible says the fire is never quenched and the worm dies not!! If anyone is looking for real evidence of God then I believe creation is the proof! Look outside at the sun the moon the stars the blue sky the trees the mountains etc we know that everything created has a creator just like buildings have a builder and it’s pretty clear that nothing just suddenly appeared by chance or evolve out of nothing! Read your Bible and you will learn just how this universe got started and really it is not me but the Holy Spirit that I pray reveals to you the truth of his precious gospel......Folks you are not promised tomorrow! If you want to know how to be saved from this horrible reality then please by all means don’t hesitate to comment right back so I can lead you to the savior! 2 Corinthians 6:2 clearly states “now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation!” And Hebrews 3:15 clearly states, “Today if you hear his voice don’t harden your heartsJohn 3:16 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes on him will not perish but have everlasting life! V 17 says then V 18 says whoever believes on the son is not condemned but whoever does not believe on the son is condemned already because he has not believed on the son whom God has sent! Also Acts 16:30-31 what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house I am not threatening anyone but just warning them what will happen if they reject this precious gift of eternal life! Christ died a horrible criminals death! He was beaten brutally mocked spit upon and endured countless hours of torture pain for all of our sins! Ppl go to hell because they reject that pardon for their sins! And Jesus is saying to them in Matthew 25:41 depart from me you cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels! Hell was only prepared for Satan and his angels! It is not God who threatens anyone it is the craziness of rejecting the free pardon of salvation! It’s like if you’re in court you’ve committed a crime say you murdered someone! Now if you say to that Judge hey I know I’ve done a terrible thing of murdering that person but I hear you’re a good judge and so I know you’ll be fair to me...... the judge is going to reply well yes you’re right about one thing I am a good judge and because I’m a good judge I’m going to see to it that you’re punished and that justice is served! Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! And because God is a good God he cannot allow our disobedience to him to go unpunished! Well then like I just mentioned above his son Jesus stepped forward and said no I don’t want to see them punished so I will take their punishment for them! And also like I said he died a terrible substitute criminal’s death for us on a cross so now all we have to do is accept that payment for our sins and we can escape the terrible wrath of God that is to fall on them who do not accept this atonement that was sacrificed for our sins! Praise the lord Romans 10:13 says Whoever calls on the name of the lord shall be saved! And 1 Peter 1:4 you’re an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you! Christ clearly said in John 14:6 I am the way the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but through me! Acts 4:12 clearly states that there is no other name given unto Heaven or earth by which we must be saved as there is salvation in no other! Jesus clearly states that there is clearly only one way to Salvation and it’s him that’s it! There is no other way! God Bless everyone who reads!

    I love Frank's wisdom.
    He's brilliant.
    But I dare differ a touch on the miracle aspect.
    "Miracles" are not JUST to confirm a message.
    First of all - what is a miracle?
    It is a supernatural event that seems to overcome "natural" law.
    Miracles should not be "miraculous" to us.. but rather "natural" to the spiritual man.
    The term "miracle" is to take the viewpoint of the natural man when you look upon the spiritual.
    In heaven, there are NO miracles. Why? Because there are no natural men to call it miraculous.
    Yet nothing in heaven is less than miraculous from the earthly perspective.
    All we call miracles are NOT miracles in the spiritual realm.
    They are the application of LAW.
    Much like gravity on the earth, healing, deliverance, walking on water etc.. are only applications of LAW.
    The LAW of Faith.
    So whilst in the natural mind, we are talking about breaking "natural" laws, in reality miracles are NOT breaking the law.
    They are abiding to supernatural laws.
    Here is ONE example of this supernatural law:
    Joh 16:23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, *Whatsoever ye shall ask* the Father in my name, he will give it you.
    Joh 14:13 And *whatsoever ye shall ask in my name*, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
    Joh 14:14 If ye shall *ask any thing in my name*, I will do it.
    This is LAW. It came from Jesus.
    From this law, miracles are "natural".
    We as christians therefore should be WALKING daily in the "miraculous", through faith.
    It is NOT just a message confirmation - it is WHO WE ARE in Christ.
    Love you Frank, but love Christ more.

      I agree with you but also differ a bit yes Jesus says ask but that doesn’tNecessarily mean miracles but if we need something natural or mental also it will only be granted if you continue it says in accordance to the father will frank also agree that miracles still happen today it just doesn’t happen at every moment of everyday like a natural law so I guess you can say I agree with both of you in a sense

    I missed this the first time I watched Frank's video. At 35:39...Does anyone else think that Frank's logic is right on when he says that a miracle is overpowering a natural law as he applies it to him overpowering gravity when he holds up the remote control in the air? I think it is flawed because he is not overpowering or nullifying the law of gravity, he is merely applying a force greater than the weight of the remote when lifting it but when he holds it steady the force he applies is equal to the weight of the remote. Gravity still exists. I think he needs a better analogy.

    • @jimcrosby3944

      What would convince you someone was defying the laws of gravity?

    • @dhc21atyahoo
      @dhc21atyahoo Před 2 lety

      @@jimcrosby3944 LoL, someone once asked Richard Phillip Feynman if it were possible to invent an anti-gravity machine. He answered that the question does not make sense because a bar stool could be thought of as a sort of anti gravity device but not really because gravity still exists even though you may be sitting on the bar stool. In order to "defy" gravity as you state, I would say that the individual must not be of this universe and not subject to the laws of nature of this universe. However, you and I are of this universe and we are subject to the laws of nature of this universe. Thus nothing that you and I understand can defy gravity.

But I have prayed in Africa, and while street witnessing and seen healing of diagnosed jaundice, and other sickness. He never said God doesn’t do miracles anymore. He said that miracles are clearly supernatural and work to deliver God’s message or are used to fulfill a purpose of God. I’d say that you praying over the sick while witnessing abroad fits that description if it brings people to Christ. I’ve talked to half a dozen believers who have worked in missions and all of them have performed or seen miracles. One guy prayed over a Muslim with a broken arm and his arm instantly straightened and was 100% healed by a hot wind that flowed out from him as he prayed. When he told him he followed Jesus, the man started jumping up and down proclaiming the glory of Jesus to anyone that would listen. You better believe he accepted Christ that day. Another close friend of mine who was a missionary for 40 years told me of a woman who brought a dead baby to him in India. She said her baby was “sick” and everyone said there was nothing that could be done. But she heard that he was a holy man and that God listened to him. When he looked at the child, he knew the baby was dead. It was cold and pale and not breathing. He told her he would try. He put his hand on the baby and said “if it’s your will, father, heal this child.” And the baby coughed and woke up. That lady spread the word and her whole town learned about Christ. People had seen the dead child who was now alive, and they believed.

    What if, in the spiritual realm, miracles are the norm, and our physical realm is less real? If the spiritual realm is eternal, and our physical existence is just a blip in the screen of our actual existence, then perhaps we should take another look at how we define miracles. If the Bible is Truthful, then prayers bring miracles, and being born again is miraculous. And we are the pray for healing, and casting out demons, preaching the gospel (leading to conversions). Aren't all these miracles? Should wenot be living a normal, natural life surrounded by miracles, and the ones who are not, would more than likely be the unsaved. When we talk with God, do we listen, and allow Him to reveal Himself? Miracle?

      San: I'm an outspoken Atheist; why would I ever consider believing in a centuries old delusion.
      Atheists have three simple questions.
      1. Which gods of the 14,000 invented by ignorant men over the centuries do you worship?
      2. Define these gods.
      3. Provide verifiable concrete, investigative, physical evidence of your given definition.
      I've been an Atheist my entire life and have had thousands of discussions with theists just like you and I have yet been provided with any shred of verifiable, concrete data or evidence of a single supernatural event, god[s] claim or assertion. All I am hearing from theists is delusional fairy stories all based on ancient immoral books like the Bible and Koran without any evidence or data to backup these ancient claims of gods existing.

    35:46 "I'm overpowering a natural law right now..." NO YOU AREN'T. The most he could say is he's working against gravity, but gravity still holds the controller against his hand, the speakers and podium to the stage, not to mention Turek himself. At no point is gravity suspended or interrupted. Analogy fail. Why would this seem convincing to anyone?

    • @mizaelmendez3843
      @mizaelmendez3843 Před 4 lety +2

      Even if gravity was not present, the controller would still be in his hand because he is gripping it with his fingers. The fact that it is gravity that holds the podium down and the speaker down simply supports that fact that it’s natural law and is holding everything down. The only thing preventing the controller from falling to the ground is the speaker holding it up against gravity, resisting its pull, “overpowering” it. It’s not a supernatural claim. It’s simply our manipulation of the world around us. Some examples of these things is technology. We are not denying the laws of nature by overpowering it, but we are manipulating it for our own purposes.

      @@mizaelmendez3843 He said he's overpowering a natural law, in the context of God overpowering natural laws by resurrecting someone. Turek is not overpowering anything. The controller is still drawn toward earth. He's working against gravity. He could hold the remote for the rest of his life, and when he dies and his hand ceases to grip the controller, of course it falls to earth. So much for "overpowering".

    • @mizaelmendez3843
      @mizaelmendez3843 Před 4 lety +2

      drumrnva He is not saying it in the context of God overpowering natural law by resurrecting people from the dead, but he is saying how God is capable of overpowering natural law to produce a miracle (a rare event) because we can overpower natural law doing normal tasks. The context, when he is referring to miracles, which he established to be a rare event, is something he is claiming God is capable of doing because we can overpower natural law on a normal basis in a “non miraculous” way. When we use a plan to fly in the air, we overpower natural law of gravity by resisting, and we fall under its power when we land the plane at will. (That was just an example we can choose to overpower it, fall under it, or to utilize it for some purpose.
      Btw if the speaker were to die with his grip on the remote, it does not matter whether he can overpower nature through his will or not because he is dead-it wouldn’t matter at that point (in other words, what does that have to do with anything?).

      @@smashleyscott8272 Yes, there is a great deal of evidence supporting the Big Bang and our expanding universe. There is no evidence (apart from hearsay, and even that is in doubt) supporting the power to walk on water or to come back to life after being dead for a few days. We don't know what came before the Big Bang, but that doesn't make the Big Bang a miracle, if that's what you're implying.

      @@johnrichards6080 ... Wrong, we DO know what was before the Big Bang. An infinite (without limit), timeless (i.e. eternal... not measured by time), immaterial (i.e contained within spacial dimension) reality existed before time, space, and matter existed. The very definition of a miracle implies that the Big Bang is a miracle.
      Eye witness testimony of a man walking on water and coming back from the dead is definitely evidence. And the evidence FOR there being eye witness testimony for said events far exceeds what you are willing to admit.
      Information exists. The very nature of information is IMMATERIAL. Material CANNOT create information because information requires CONCEPTION... and material requires information just to exist. So, information, being immaterial, exists independent of, and prior to the material. The material requires "laws" (ALSO being immaterial) to have form, function, and purpose.... this ALL requires CONCEPTS (i.e. ideas/information). Information is what is stored in programs (codified information). The OBVIOUS inference is that immaterial information is conceived in a mind that transcends, and is independent of the material. The Big Bang was the beginning of our material reality. Everything that has a beginning has a cause that transcends it. The conclusion is obvious to those who care about truth.

      @@smashleyscott8272 Physicists are unsure what was before the Big Bang. There may have been a multiverse, or a black hole into a far older universe. Even if your view is correct, it doesn't mean there was any kind of god making it all happen. That's just a belief. There's no evidence (just words.)
      The most unreliable kind of evidence is eyewitness testimony. Any lawyer or police officer will support that. Hearsay regarding supernatural events such as walking on water and rising from the dead (not even recorded until 30 years later...have you played Chinese whispers?) is particularly unreliable. Even more so because these are extraordinary claims that the laws of nature were defied. Last week, people (Christians, I presume) claim to have seen Jesus in the flames at Notre Dame. Does that mean Jesus has returned? Or were they mistaken? 5-6% of the world's population claim to have been abducted by aliens. I still don't believe in aliens. Are you convinced? I suppose you are with all that eye witness testimony.
      You, like Frank, have provided lots of words, but no real evidence of the supernatural. Belief doesn't = truth.

      @Beren c I'm actually a Paramedic in Australia and have seen this many times in my line of work, and I'm happy for you that in your cousin's case it was a fantastic outcome given the trauma sustained. But, there ARE many more people with severe traumas who don't make it. Where was the "miracle" in their case? We shouldn't assume that some divine intervention is involved at all! That would be as misleading as believing in the "Royal Touch". I would be emphatically thanking the medical staff who treated your cousin - give them the credit they deserve, not some "miracle". As medical professionals, we don't base our treatment on "miracles" - only proved, evidence based medical techniques. So whatever they did, gave your cousin the best opportunity of survival. THAT is what saved her. Would you have rather taken her to the nearest church for a priest's prayer? I don't think so.

    • @adespoja
      @adespoja Před 5 lety +1

      @Beren c You have the right to believe in whatever you like. But there are 3 main reasons i disagree with you. Firstly, as i said before, just because you don't have an answer for something, doesn't mean it was supernatural . Secondly, the choice to put the credit to some "god" on your cousin's recovery instead of all the medical professionals out there who are trying there darndest to save lives, is one I think is a poor choice. And finally, I would like you to tell each and every family member of the patients who DIDN'T survive, that your "god" chose not to perform a miracle on them. I wonder how many times you've had to look a father or mother in the eye and say there son or daughter has minutes to live post car accident? I can count 17. You? No miracle saved them then.
      I have purposely tried to approach this issue with you the most respectful way. It is in both our interests to do so as believing in something that is not true gets us nowhere. I can see you don't like me saying what i believe. But I've given you solid, physical evidence for it. I've never seen a doctor save a life by praying for a miracle for someone - but I've seen COUNTLESS lives saved by good medicine. Your reasons seem more emotional based, as i can clearly see in your last sentence telling me what i can't tell you.
      I'm hoping you'll see my point. But, like most people of religious faith, it seems nothing will change your mind even if the evidence is plain as daylight.
      All the best.
