Am I missing something? Why not compare the same tracks? Its not a downgrade if they are the same. If newer tracks are not as detailed... That's not the same as a downgrade if you ask me.
These aren’t even comparable, especially on toad circuit where the one on the right, is supposed to be faithful to the mk7 version of the game Both in track design and visuals
None of the tracks textures bothered me besides toad circut

The textures are less of an issue for me. My issue is that the nice soft lighting seems to have gone.
