When you first buy or move into a place, you look around and see all the things that you'd really like to change and set right (for your way of living). But if you don't do it straightaway, or make yourself a list, a schedule, a firm plan and budget for getting the changes made step-by-step over time, you VERY QUICKLY adjust to things as they are and you don't make the changes. Then you actually end up NOT addving value to the house and having it ideal while you live in it. So many people complain about how they hate this or that about their home, and then only when they want to sell do they go ahead and make the changes - for someone else to enjoy. Get it done immediately if you don't like something and you can afford to make the change.
