    Those little 1920's are great little tractors and your work is on par

    This is an amazing build! You should offer a molded headliner with air ducts in front and back, plus an insulated roof and recessed control panel.

      Thanks buddy, My heaters circulate every direction just the way they are,remember it’s all about keeping the cost down and still getting a real quality product, i can offer anything you want but the price will reflect that 😉

    Looks amazing. Im hoping to one day convert my open station john deere 5075 to cab and your videos give some great points of reference. Thanks. If I was your neighbor I would pay YOU to do it, your handiwork is incredible you do a great job of giving it an OEM look inside and out.

    Wow, excellent work! Curios after watching multiple videos, do you work off a standard template and modify as needed for each model?

    • @bradgraycabs
      @bradgraycabs  Před 2 měsíci

      Every one is a custom build they may look alike but they’re all different, no templates just experience thanks for watching 👍

    Looks great Brad do u install your own cab glass. is it something a novice could attempt

    • @bradgraycabs
      @bradgraycabs  Před 8 měsíci

      Yes I install my own glass was tough at first but after a thousand or so it’s gotten easier 😉, maybe I can do a small video of a glass install on the next tractor, and yes a novice can do this you just need the right tool and patience

    what brand is the tractor heater?

    • @bradgraycabs
      @bradgraycabs  Před 6 měsíci +1

      There’s no brand name its a basic 12 volt setup radiator with an electric fan behind it

      Local glass shop, laminated 1/4” tinted safety glass same as what’s in your vehicle

    • @bradgraycabs

      My cab’s start at 8k ,I’m located in newbrunswick Canada and service the Atlantic provinces unfortunately the tractor has to be here in my shop for fabrication

    Those modifications you made are invisible.
    Even when you point them out they still look factory.
    I have a question about the water lines for the heater if I may.
    With the heater at the ceiling, how do you purge the inevitable air pockets out of the water lines?

    • @bradgraycabs
      @bradgraycabs  Před 8 měsíci

      I never drain the coolant and i never get air pockets , I simply tie into the coolant system by whatever means necessary ,usually through a bypass hose then make sure reservoir is full then run tractor high idle until it reaches operating temperature then shut it down wait 10-15 minutes and slowly remove rad cap air will escape and reservoir will purge into rad, all will be good trust me👍 I’ve done hundreds..
