In this video, I am overhauling the A/C compressor for TOYOTA HIACE(KDH200).
Firstly, I took A/C compressor apart, washed its parts.
Next, I also processed the hub and pulley by lathe machining.
Then, I clear-coated the body and painted the magnetic clutch in black.
After that, I assembled it carefully.
Of course, I did leakage, compression, and magnetic clutch clearance test.

【About this channel】
I overhaul automobile parts(mainly A/C compressor) in Japan. Of course, I can repair various kinds of model from small cars to trucks.
So, I want to show you how I fix them.

昔20年前にPS13のカルソニックのコンプレッサーを三個一にして組んだ事があります。吸排気のバルブ板が金属疲労で破断し、グラファイト？ピストンリングが摩耗、軸シールからガス漏れ
内部交換パーツは、一般の点検整備してる所にはパーツの入手先が判らないから手が出せないんですよね。。
自分でコンプレッサーオーバーホールしたのですが、オーリング等部品が無くて困ってます。

斜板型 現在ACコンプレッサーでは効率一番ですね 自分も１０年以上前からたまあに分解修理してました ピストンシュー ・メカニカルシール交換無しですか クラッチシム調整当あるはずと思いますが
これは、DIY修理ではできないですね。プロの仕事。そろそろ、KDH205Vも17万キロ弱になったので、修理方法を勉強中です。

昔のA/Cコンプレッサーと比べて、触媒変化による耐食性強化以外に何か技術革新無いのかな？
ロータリーコンプレッサーに代えても騒音振動エンジンの脇に置くから良いけどね。(´･ω･`)
