Notes for self:
Handstand (close, shoulder width, wide) 15 sec each
L sit (15 sec, then 10 sec)
Planche pushups (lean as far as you can 10 times)
Jumping jacks 45 seconds
No jump burpees 45 seconds
Switching mountain climbers 45 seconds
Seated in and outs 45 seconds
Bicycles 45 seconds
Make each rep count
And how many rounds?

Yo dude. So I was mad depressed after getting laid off from my job during Covid. I let my mind get the better of me and totally stopped working out and worrying about my diet and health. After getting on the scale and seeing I was 204 lbs, the most I ever weighed, I knew I had to change. I discovered your videos and starting on April 2 I’ve been to the gym every single day while also completely changing my diet and adding your routines to my daily workouts. I’ve lost 29 lbs in just a litttle over 8 weeks by just staying focused and grinding. I’m now 175 lbs and my goal is 170. Not only am I back to my healthy self but I look completely different and feel 100 times better. For anyone that’s reading this, no matter how shitty you feel, you have the power to change for the better and when you start seeing results you will be addicted. Thanks Chris!

53 year old absolute beginner here!
been doing yoga for over a year now, and some heavy rope and rows at the gym...but calisthenics started to get in my thoughts more and more, and 2 days ago i ordered my portable chin up thing-a-ma-doodle and gymnastic rings.
did my first sets of spiderman push-ups yesterday (thankyou core yoga workouts for making them easier!), and i am so looking forward to waking up each day and stretching out all these extra muscles i'll be using and developing over the coming months.
i have patience, i have resolve and determination...and thankyou chris for posting these videos which will be invaluable for my growth and learning.
