Mohawk Mills (Amsterdam, NY) | Summer Evening Exploration of Mills and Power Plant

We were short on time, but hit some of the most interesting parts of this mill property in Amsterdam, NY and its power plant as the sun set. The former carpet mills have a rich history in the area and provided hundreds of jobs to locals before shutting down and wasting away in the elements.
