Hi Viktor, great exercises that really compliment the "static" exercises that you had shared with Sophia a few weeks back. Is it safe to assume one should alternate sides when performing these exercises in order to ensure bilateral strength?

Hi 😊 This one is from "Tecnocords". I'm not sure if they still exist, though... K4Speed is another good brand, but really anything that's seatbelt material will work well. The term "turn belt" or "skating corner belt" on Google brings up some options that seem alright. I'm currently working on producing my own, so hopefully, that will be a thing at some point 😊
