From what I can tell, this dealership carries the most variety of Hustler mowers in Maryland. Ever since we got the surfer pro, we become big fans of the Hustler brand.
At the end of the season, yes not sure it makes sense to hold out on a piece of equipment that makes you money just to get a good deal though. @BillyGoatLawnService
@@travisconner1581 I tend to agree depending on the situation at the time. Just knowing the difference between need versus want. For us, it’s a want decision if it’s a good deal not to pass up.
What's going on Bill, hope all is well . Did you start cutting the first week in April? I started April 1st.. I think going foward I will start the last week in March (no later than March 24) for my first cuts.. Grass was crazy long from March being somewhat warm here in MD.. What are your thoughts?
Honestly a little frustrated with Mother Nature. First week was a total washout. This same scenario happened 2 years with rain the first week of April. Now we are a week behind schedule and everything is so unorganized. Still have 13 mulch jobs on the books. I totally agree with you, next year start making our rounds the last week of March, possibly even mid March. Most customers would understand but will always have those pita customers that will wait till after their neighbor(s) cut their grass. Also had 7 existing customers not renew because they didn’t want switch to monthly prepaid. We did gain 3 new clients so far. Next week looking good weather wise so hopefully we can rebound and get back on schedule.
We decided to go at the last minute. It was a nice day to work but we played hooky. Glad we did, we had a great time. Plus they provided a free lunch BBQ style!

Hustler seems to make a great mower, but I rarely see them anywhere in Maryland.

Sometimes you have to be a little patient. Some major brands have big discounts on their mowers.

Do you know if Hustler still building the super 88 stand-on mower for 2024? thanks Billy
I believe Hustler stopped making the super 88 in 2022. As far as I know they now off the super 104.
