Thank you so much for this. I use imovie to edit my videos and so I was looking for a way to add my logo to the videos. I didn't want to reduce the video quality by moving to another app. A bit frustrated with the white border around the second video, but so impressed it can do this itself!

IMovie seems like it's pretty powerful for what it is. The only iOS device I have is my iPad so I've never had a need for it. Touch editing would be pretty cool though.

I might finally have to cave and get one of the iPads (my iPhone is a 4, so probably a little old for this anyway), especially one of the new Air ones. Just watched the Apple keynote last night and it looks pretty cool.
Damn I need an app like that. When you were trying to remove the second video from side-by-side it looked like it popped up 3 buttons under the first video that would've allowed you to change it to pip without deleting it. Def some cool stuff

Wow, this is almost on par with the desktop version! I might have to pick up an iDevice; it'd be great to do some editing on the go without having to drag around my macbook. Nothing like it on Android that I know of :-(
I very rarely use my computer at all when I make videos. Just seems an unnecessary hassle in most cases. I do want to start doing more "fancy" editing occasionally, though.

Do you know how to add an actual picture in the frame as you talk using iMovie on your iPad without having the picture be put in as a separate slide?
For now you have to put a picture in movie format, then overlay it as a movie. Silly, I know.
