There are too many important details to make it a movie. If it was one movie per book, the movies would be too long. And if they split it up, there'd just be cliffhangers. A tv show would work better.

Beautiful Creatures (The Caster Chronicles) needs a reboot desperately. If they didn't mess up the plot or cut out and change the characters especially Macon and Marian (Marian is an important character in the first book and throughout the series but they completely cut her out and Macon was an Incubas not a Dark Caster) then I think it would have done better at the box office. Not to mention how they completely changed the ending (in the book, Sarafine kills Ethan. Lena with the help of Amma brings him back to life using the Book of Moons in return Macon, her uncle dies, and her claiming is delayed and takes place at the end of Beautiful Darkness which is book 2 in the series.)
YESSSS!!! While I loved Amma I hated the way that they rolled her and Marian into one person. Both were really important ladies to Ethan and I think combining them really screwed the story over. I also agree completely about the ending. I do hope the same elements of the cast, because I really love everyone they picked!! Maybe even a TV show would be nice, to help lead into the eventual Link/Ridley spin-off series...

I LOVE this serie!!!! I have all the books and I even have them on audible. I got my husband hooked when we were driving on our vacation. There is 4 main book the last one is a p.o.v. of lev life. It's a great series I wish it was turned into a movie as well.

The Unwind Dystology would be better as a TV series, preferably on FX or Starz, HBO, maybe even Netflix. There, the characters could really be fleshed out. I wouldn’t trust a movie adaptation to do it justice.

My favourite YA fantasy book series in the Seven Realms series by Cinda Williams Chima! I wish it was more popular and that more people had read it. It’s such a fantastic story. I would love to see it in movie form!!!

Beautiful Creatures (The Caster Chronicles) needs a reboot desperately. If they didn't mess up the plot or cut out and change the characters especially Macon and Marian (Marian is an important character in the first book and throughout the series but they completely cut her out and Macon was an Incubas not a Dark Caster) then I think it would have done better at the box office. Not to mention how they completely changed the ending (in the book, Sarafine kills Ethan. Lena with the help of Amma brings him back to life using the Book of Moons in return Macon, her uncle dies, and her claiming is delayed and takes place at the end of Beautiful Darkness which is book 2 in the series.)

YESSSS!!! While I loved Amma I hated the way that they rolled her and Marian into one person. Both were really important ladies to Ethan and I think combining them really screwed the story over. I also agree completely about the ending. I do hope the same elements of the cast, because I really love everyone they picked!!
Maybe even a TV show would be nice, to help lead into the eventual Link/Ridley spin-off series...
The “Beautiful Creatures” book series was so horrible there’s no way to get a decent movie/series out of it without completely rewriting it! I couldn’t stand to read past the second book!
