Former Wales international James Hook joined the pod this week to discuss his retirement at the end of this season and what the plans are for life after rugby.

Great player but in my opinion he should have never left the ospreys he was never the same player after leaving which was a great shame as he had it all
Used by coaches out of position too many times. A proper Welsh Fly half. Or Flew half now ! Thats the burden of being very skilfull though. Loved it when Hooky was in the Welsh side. Good Luck with whatever you do in future from the artist who did the scrum v painting of you.
