True. He failed miserably at pronouncing Rupiah though.

SUMOI
"Sumoi" tho :D
His mispronounced like 3 things in this video
So unlike French Guiana, Clipperton is an overseas private property. It is located over a thousand kilometers from Mexico and it has an interesting history. It was first discovered by the Spanish in 1528 after they conquered Mexico, then the French found it in 1711, and in 1725 a Frenchman actually lived there for a few decades so France could claim the island.
But the US ALSO claimed the island as theirs as part of their Guano Islands Act (so I get why you thought US). And when Mexico got its independence, it too disputed the French claim and built a colony with the help of the British (because of course the British would). So France finally said in 1909, “Look, the island belongs to us, if you wanna challenge that then so be” and so they made a deal with Mexico that whoever King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy decided the island belonged to, they'd respect that decision. In 1931, Victor made the decision that Clipperton was French
Thank you for sharing that
That's some rich history stuff
u are geography crazy my goodness- thank you!😀

That’s a essay
Thanks a lot for playing again Jack! Glad you enjoyed 😁🌍🌎🌏
Hey, I have a question. How is Bangladesh’s old name East Pakistan? That should’ve been India’s old name.
@@babidawl162 All three countries were part of the British Raj. When the British left in 1947 it was divided between India and Pakistan. Bangladesh was Pakistani territory until it got it's independence in the 70s I think. It was called East Pakistan because it belonged to Pakistan but was an exklave in the east
Your Quizzes Are Awesome
@@babidawl162 is you know Is that Bangladesh Independence from Pakistan not India Indian?
Actually Angel falls in Venezuela is the biggest waterfall
i've been obsessed with you and all your channels this month, i'm so glad the algorithm recommended you to me 🤣💕
1:26 "Guess the country with missing letters"
My stupid brain: *London*
Same :(
Same lol but i then paused it for a few seconds and got it
England is my city
I thought is sadi city at first but then I realised it said country so I was like ooooo it's Jordan
Once I read it as London I couldn't read it as anything else 😅
These videos are so fun to play along to, hats off to jack for making them!
the most easiest one is number 14 cause I live in indo
@@RMultiverse14 same
Hey Jack! I learnt all my flags thanks to you, took me about 3 months
I really love the geography content, I hope geoguessr content returns!
It took me 3 days
Yeah, generally, the name of the European country in the native language is fairly recognizable if you know the English name, but Finland is not one of them. Another one is Hungary, which is "Magyarország".
There's also Slovakia, Croatia, and Montenegro, which are "Slovenska" (included because it's easy to think it's Slovenia), "Hrvatska", and "Crna gora" respectively.
We also have "Elláda" for Greece, and "Deutschland" for Germany, but I think you know the latter already.
Edit : I forgot Albania, which is Shqipëria
and Albania is Shqipëria
@@eddiester Right, I forgot, I thought I managed to think of all of them lol
TÜRKEY
Day 37 of saying Jack should do a collab with Drew Durnil
BRO THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.

I love how jack takes his time to make his videos that the reason I watch him lol
8:05 I laughed so hard at this part
1:35 dont worry jack i was thinking london...
Me too 😂😂😂
You need to do a “Learning how to pronounce all countries names”
LMAO YESS
This "Kiribass" is always blowing my head off. It just can't be like that, but they say it is (I'm not a native speaker of English, btw).
I’ve learnt most of the flags of the world because of you mate I got to say your a legend and genius
17/30
Nice video, Jack. Love your content, these play along geography quiz videos are probably some of my favorite. Keep with great videos!

I got 1 more than Jack only because I'm Finnish and obviously knew the second last question.
JACK YOUR THE GOAT
youre
jack you are what inspired me to become a geography teacher. because of you i learnt all the countries their flags and so much more, i cant thank you enough :))
Isn’t geography in school about erosion and climate etc?
@@JoshHutchersonOfficial no that's geology not geography
But doesnt that take years?? Like many years???
@@squirtleskil in the uk at least geog at school is just erosion and climate stuff you don’t learn about flags or where countries are

Thank you Jack for inspiring me to start learning all the countrys and flags:)
Jack actually Improved my geography knowledge. Now I can show off to people how many names of flags I know.
I've been watching jack from 3-4 Years. And this dude has never NEVER failed To entertain me and Allllll these other people from the whole world who are watching him. I am subscribed from every device from my house and this is just one of them. I Thank Jack For Being So Kind, Friendly, Funny, Smart(kinda). Love You Jack. From the bottom of my ❤
Note: I am not indian.
Jack should make a series where he learns all of the world's capital cities.
I have learnt nearly all of the flags bc of u! Tyy! And now my mum is also learning them!! C:
I can’t with the Finland one. As a Finnish person I understand :’)
We need part 3
7:22 chinas tallest structure is the Shanghai tower. And Chinas tallest observation tower (which is the question btw) is the canton tower
Because I beat you on the last one I was confident going into this one and lost by a point, damn Mongolia, it was nearly level
I won in the last round by one point, and again in this round with 4 points.
1:50 i said London💀
Me too
it’s getting slightly scary because it’s got the point where every guess i take jack has the exactly same thought process as me
Jacks going to need to ask the creator of this to create more
played along again and got 20/30 just like last time
Had 21 last time, this time just 19
i got 11
i was 1 point behind jack then i got 2 points from question 28 and 29 and i had 13 so i won jack by just one point
Quiz: _o_d_n
Jack: ITS POLAND!
Me: ah yes, *Poldan*
"you cheeky li'l fella" i am laughing so hard right now
At 4:43 the answer was wrong angel falls (Venezuela) is 807 metres whereas victoria falls (Zambia) is only 108 metres. (Also sidenote for Jack niagra falls is only approximately 52 metres high)
The question is a bit confusing because it is not clear what "larger" means. Does it mean "higher"? Then you are correct. Or does it mean the bulk volume output? Then it is Niagara.
I got 25, Jack is really living up to his name in this video 😂
Really enjoyed paying along with these! Only 12 for me though
Jack you are my favourite CZcams channel by far. You have inspired me to learn so much Geography things. I have already learnt all of the countries of the world and I’m 11! Flags of the world is my next goal. I always ask my friend to tell me all countries he can name. This is what he says: Africa, Perth, China, Russia, America, Asia, Europe, Western Australia, Australia and India. Jack you are so funny and silly. Keep making your videos and being funny. So Bangladesh used to be called East Pakistan because Pakistan and them were the same country from independence from the UK until 1971 when with the help of India, Bangladesh broke away. East Pakistan wanted Pakistan to recognize Bengali as a language but Pakistan only wanted Urdu. Among other ethnic concerns and the need to self-rule, East Pakistan fought back with the intervention of India

If this guy makes a part three,
let it be known that you may pause the video for further thinking for only 3 times.
So that's fair. 🔎🔎🔎
I got several right in the first few and thought I was actually doing well and then I ended up with 8/30 as my total and yeahhhh maybe not so well lol
Though I will be honest I came across this channel like a month ago after following your main channel a bit and I do actually feel like I've been learning geography along with you as I watch videos. At the very least I definitely recognize a good handful more of countries/flags than I used to lol
I also got 8/30, I just thought it was cool that we had the same total...
Somehow I tied with you.
That's a lot more than I expected.
4:10
All geography websites say "Gambia" which is super annoying because its "The Gambia"
That's true, although pretty weird. They had a paranoia that otherwise they would be mixed up with Zambia, I've heard. But why not the Zambians would name themselves "The Zambia", and The Gambia to be just Gambia? The Scotland? They truely have an issue, 'cause there are many other Scotlands in the world - check it out.
Remember when jacks geography knowledge was not the best? Look at him go.
VAR has replayed question 25 in 0.25 x speed, and can confirm that the answer appeared a few milliseconds prior to Jack's change of answer, therefore disqualifying the point.
you won well done
17/30. This one was way harder for me than the last one!
Same here 17

I am Lithuanian and in Lithuanian we call Finland ,,Suomija'', so this was pretty easy for me.
i'm from finland so yeah pretty easy
I knew the answer and I am American
@@gottplays1929 thats more unusual
@@santeriliikanen842 Only I knew is because on a website of a map where I saw Finland labeled Suomi
@@gottplays1929 oh well that explains because not many people know that outside finland

18! Turkmenistan was a complete shot in the Adar for the tall building but that picture made me think so because of what Jack said about the previous president. Still had some luck there though
5:54 actually it doesn't mess up those people's day. It only gets confusing when they travel to what should be different time zones. The people on the west wake up approximately 3 AM, go to school from 4 AM to 11 AM, and go to bed when it gets dark at 5 PM.
P.S. I don't actually know if my comment is factually correct, but that's what would make sense to me.
I think it is other way round. Office time starts at 11am in wast of china
7:40 isn’t it the Luftwaffe?
Luftwaffe is the air force
Jack you gotta learn the capital cities! :)
Does anyone ever even play at home cos I just wait for jack to say the answer
I have to say, this quiz is DEFINITELY harder for not only Jack but for me as well.
26 becomes 22
But still, not bad.

I got the Finland question, only because of the 2004 European Championship sticker book I have where all the teams names are in their native language haha
I knew the Finland/Suomi one from reading the back of cereal boxes with all the Nordic languages. Look at me now mom
Pretty good. But like u could train the things like "Suomi" is Finland in Finnish and how to pronounce them!
Extremely respected score of 9
i was surprised when there was a NZ question as soon as i saw it im like ok thats the only question im going to get haha
Lol, I confidently yelled London in question 6. Slapped myself 2 seconds later
I was laughing when i heard Jack pronounced Rupiah as "Ru-pie" instead of Ru-piya"😂😂
15 as well

I knew Liechtenstein was doubly landlocked. I discounted Uzbekistan though because of the Caspian Sea. I forgot that inland seas don't count.
Jack you should do a duolingo video to show us how much German you know
SUPER COOL!!
“0:28” Jack finally pronounced Antigua correctly this time. I was sitting at home screaming that its pronounced “Anteeguh” instead of Antigua 😆
I would’ve been so disappointed in Jack if he had gotten the New Zealand one wrong
