Sir, This is Gowtham.P. I have a question sir, As you said 'Tribal Attachment' IAS officer have understand the situation what Tribal people are facing difficulties for water and Electricity. But , Now India has developed Economically and Technologies wise aslo , why those villages are face this trouble.
When you're in those Attachment what you did sir, or In future, what we can do for those Tribal peoples when we are in Tribal Attachment.

Doubt : 1) I am From Tamilnadu(Madurai District).I know English Somewhat. Whether, It is easy or not to learn Local Language of Particular District.
2)I didn't Know About it, So i Ask question that....After Posting Sub Collector,How many month or year to Promote as Collector post.
Whether all 24 services in UPSC civil services candidates are getting training in LBSNAA
Say I am pursuing English literature 2nd year my dream is become an IAS officer so how to my preparation will there I think only studies are basics like a NCERT books then I am studying detailing what I do sir.
