I just finished my DB 30 predator 212 and I love it. It's simple, fast, fun and not half as excessive as my ct200r. It's going to be my everyday ride, I'm leaving it completely stock. Great combination, cool video.

I have a coleman ct200u with a aftermarket exhaust and intake and I removed the throttle screw and it goes 27mph and i off-road it once and a while its small but fun
I'm working on restoring an old 5HP B&S to fit on a mini bike. Going pretty well so far, I have 2 more engines I'm gonna restore and do the same thing with.
This is awesome! I have a kid and want my child and step children to learn how to ride these type of bikes! The toy that she has, she will flip it upside down because it looks like a bike and she stands there and pretends its a mini bike! These videos help because she makes the connection! I hope our bike build goes well and we can get a bike like this one in the videos for my wifes kids! Life will be good!
Honestly? Whatever a stock hemi predator is plus a muffler delete. I haven't done anything to the motor or carb. This spring I'll probably do a stage one kit or at least my version of it. Thanks for watching.

How do you stop from popping a wheelie? I just got my 212cc mini bike and when I pulled back the gas a little past half the mini bike did a huge wheelie and I flew off.
You can get a smaller back sprocket for less torque and a higher end speed. I just went from a 75 tooth to a 56 tooth and now I don't kill myself plus I get an extra 20mph top speed to put me at 50mph
I maybe running a different sized sprocket on either the clutch and/or rear wheel than you are which could account for any major difference in speed between yours and mine. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Thats an interesting question. The Frame wheels tires forks and handlebars are from a DoodleBug. Which I believe was a copy of a Coleman ctu 100. The DoodleBug was sold at places like Tractor Supply. The original motor has been replaced with a Predator 212 hemi from Harbor Freight and the clutch and rear sprocket were off of Amazon. I hope this answers your questions. I have trails like that around my town but they're owned by the town so town vehicles can have short cuts so it would be illgeally riding on the trails

Paul C. Reilly it’s going quite well, the project is current at a stall, mainly because of school, plus we got 2 puppies during the summer. But we are almost done sandblasting the frame from all the rust from over the years. I am excited to get back into the project and I’m hoping that it’ll be done by Christmas. Hi. No real modifications have been made other than bypassing the govenor and a muffler delete and header I made from a metal and wicker chair. Chairs with metal frames make a Nice cheap source of pipe. Thanks for commenting. I appreciate the views.
I'm not 100% sure on the front but I think its a 12T front and 50T back sprockets. I know its a 50 T back i counted the front but its dark and greasey. Pretty sure that I counted 12. Top speed is around 45mph with 150 lb man child riding it.

No. It's not a Coleman brand. The frame is a clone of a Coleman CT200U but not an actual Coleman. I think it was sold at stores like Tractor Supply originally. The motor was originally an 80cc 2.5hp. I put a Predator 212 on it. I have another video on my channel where my buddy is riding one of my other mini bikes . They are not street legal but will not get in trouble with cops unless in a heavily populated area or doing something else bad. If a cop sees you they will just send you home. I get in trouble every other week lol
Not street legal. Nor was it designed for street use. If you want a legal mini bike you can try the Honda Grom or Honda Monkey. Or find an old but titled Honda trail 50. But those are like 3k.
Excellent question. If I get caught I will be issued a ticket and possibly arrested. That being said the police in my area are pretty chill, they don't come around but once a day, I don't ride all the time and I am very conscience of my neighbors.

The only way to make a mini bike faster is by having higher gearing or removing the governor

Its been upgraded with a Predator 212cc motor but the 89cc motor will move an adult so I would imagine it to be ok for a youth.
