Currently PropertyLimBrothers has close to 500 videos represented.

Another excellent, very professionally done video. Great background on the project and the district. While I think those 2 smaller bedrooms are ingenious and apparently worked for the owner, may be tricky to sell. But the other 2 bedrooms, kitchen area were smartly laid out.
Really cannot stand his using the word "in totality". why need to use such bombastic words? Trying to show your powerful English? "in total" sounds just prefect to me.

*Why The Sail condo don’t have bathtub? Such a luxurious condo but don’t have bathtub? Strange. Very expensive but no bathtub facilities? My house Pinnacle @ Duxton have large living rooms better than The Sail. Even have a bathtub built in*

Nothing wrong with his accent. This accent is common in Singapore among Chinese evangelical Christians. You can watch Pastor Kong Hee or Pastor Prince sermons, all these kind of accent.
