    Hi David, Wondering what wood is used for the inner laminate, also, does the inner laminate affect the tone of the outer wood or visa versa?

    What is the thickness of each blade on one side? And how many blades in each laminate?

      These are two piece laminates. Around 0.065-0.070" thick each.

    What are the advantages of laminated sides?

      Better projection, clarity, focus, structurally more stable, ...

      @@schrammguitarsinteresting what about limited backs and tops. I always thought lamination in a classical guitar made it something “less” maybe more factory, with cheap cuts of wood. But then what is a “double top” if not lamination. 🤯.

      Huge difference between the laminate shown in this video and the cheap factory ones. Look at all the world renown guitars that use double laminated sides. Friederich, Oribe, Ramirez, ...It isn't done for cost savings. It's more expensive and produces great results. Many advantages.@@TimEmmerton
