Thanks Adrian! Perhaps you've noticed that majority of products in the supermarket are imported, and shopping in a fresh food market might be quite cheaper but more complicated for foreigners.
Yeah it was surprisingly nice place to stay, feel quiet and comfortable
If you cook yourself, go to a local market and I'll guarantee that you will find really cheap meat, rice, vegs and spices. Really really cheap. And last time I went to krabi town I found "noodle curry" for 20 baht. And free water 😊

Local products in a market are cheaper, but in supermarkets you can find many imported foods and buy it in bulk.

Hi ! Mickey, I ‘d like to recommend you one of spicy dish in Krabi( actually in the south). It calls “ pad kreung gank “ with chicken or shrimp. It is so simple and tasty. Kreung gank means curry paste and in the south is the best. Have a lovely time there.
