Call of Duty Ghosts is a first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. In Call of Duty Ghosts, the story is mostly told through the eyes of a single character, Logan Walker. Players assume the role of Logan for most of the game, with several other playable characters, including an astronaut specialist named Baker, Sergeant Thompson, member of Icarus and Logan's father, Elias Walker, with an all new option to play as Riley, the first non-human playable character in the franchise. This was one of the better COD titles. It’s really underrated. I enjoyed this game very much. It’s was the perfect blend between MWI&II and some type of futuristic COD without being overly futuristic. It was Modern Warfare 4 in my book.

Coming back to this game after so long brings a whole lot of nostalgia for me, this was one of the first shooting games I played when I was a kid and now I am almost crying coming back to this

It seems you need to go play the original Call of Duty and Medal of Honor games. And if those are too easy, Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six. But for the best story, its the original Halo Trilogy. COD MW2 is the only storyline that comes even close.

I think it’s because of multiplayer. The majority of gamers play it for the multiplayer not the campaign. Like me lol. I havent finished the campaign on like 5 or 6 of cod games 🤣🤣.

I think the main reason people disliked this game was these key moments:
1. Elias Walker should have known that torturing Rorke was not an option,(as he was a formidable ghost and knew every possible procedure of interrogating a criminal)and the developers should have added some interesting script to that part of the game.
2. At the last mission Even after killing Rorke he comes back like nothing has happened to him, and takes Logan away to further plan his next moves. In my opinion, the game should have ended after killing Rorke. But Even if a sequel is made it's mostly going to be a repetition of this same game(I think this is the reason why most people hated this Game). Setting these two reasons aside the game was an absolute masterpiece.

We never get to kill the people or the one dude who is leading the Federation. All they did was leave a cliff hanger for us after we "killed" Rorke

Nah dude the multiplayer was fun too with the perks, weapons and especially sniping. Maps were the biggest criticisms but if you love sniping or rushing then this was definitely the cod for you. Not to mention the dlc for this game was really awesome

I can’t believe people stopped talking about this campaign I mean with an intro scene like this, it’s unforgettable.
CoD has some of the best campaigns hands down. they just know how to write the perfect storyline and make it so perfect that you fall in love instantly. Keegan is so cool, and Merick's attitude is perfect for his character, Elias made me sad, Hesh was a sick ass character and his all or nothing vibe is everything.
Someone has to make a movie about that intro how they became ghosts

After GTA Definitive Edition I has my doubts about remasters.
This was a great game. There, I said it. Sure some moments in the campaign were cringy/cliché, and some of the multiplayer maps were too large, but there were so many positives too. All the guns were awesome, the perk system was unique and made sense, and the graphics were quite good for the time. I really enjoyed the story and multiplayer gameplay overall.

I thought Ghosts was really underrated. I don't think it deserved nearly as much shit that it got. I think it was less to do with 'Ghosts' but rather franchise fatigue.
To be honest I think they should do a reboot like they did with MW. The game was good to me but it didn’t reach its full potential but, it does have a good concept ghosts and shadows and shit like that. It’s really is cool to me people just probably hopped on their favorite youtubers bandwagon and just said it was bad because, they said it was bad.
It’s because it was an alternate story where America was in some sort of decline , people didn’t want to hear that kind of story in 2012 only 4 years after the big recession

I bought all of the in game cosmetics unlocked all the camouflages for the guns and completed all the extinction maps and it still doesn’t get old I wish I still had my ps4 so I can play it again but yet during COVID times were tuff and I had to pawn it I hope you can find the disc again and also have fun also I think we should be getting ghosts 2 because in vanguard we could do something with rorke (I think that’s how you spell it) so yea we might not be far away from it anyway best wishes fellow gamer.

What's terrifying about these orbital bombardments is that they probably cannot be intercepted. They're massive tungsten cylinders or rods, and because of how heavy it is, a missile would do nothing but push it a bit. And they're extremely powerful due to their weight and speed.

I had a huge nostalgia trip right after the intro, holy fuck.
I can see a sequel. Just an idea. You play as Logan, but you're with the federation. You start out with rorke in the beginning talking about future plans for the feds. You go through a few missions with the feds. About a quarter into the game you run into merrick and his team of ghosts (keep in mind you're leading a squad of about 12). Your whole team is dead but you. Merrick finds you and takes you prisoner. Basically trying to find out what u know. They know you're Logan all along but they're trying to unbrainwash you. They eventually convince you to rejoin and the game goes on from there
