- This video will be very useful for anyone taking their driving test up at Watford driving test centre. In this video I have my first mock driving test on this channel. Richard Thompson puts me through my paces up at Watford driving test centre taking me round all the worst bits, tough complex roundabouts and the infamous width restriction up at Woodmere Ave.
Tommy doesn’t take me on a specific Watford driving test route but a mixture of them covering some of the tricky junctions you could face up at Watford driving test centre.

Passed my last minute Watford test yesterday! Kept watching your Watford videos and was honestly terrified because the Watford roads are toughhhh! Only 2 minors thank god, watching the videos definitely helped because I knew a little bit of what to expect so thank you !

Thank you! The Dome roundabout is not a spiral roundabout therefore you have to change lanes to exit. Looking back at the video it is possible I could have started the lane change a fraction earlier but without local knowledge it’s easy to make a mistake. If however there had been traffic behind me at the point I changed lanes It would be safer to go around the roundabout again.

What time of the day was this ? And when should you change the lanes for the third exit ?
I think it was 2pm ish. In the video I start moving across at around the right time. Or you could start moving a fraction earlier. Either way it’s fine. Just be aware of your left hand side.
