Hey Tikaram, I'm not sure what your question is. The IELTS test is valid for 2 years and the score that you need depends on why you are doing the test- you can find out by checking the IELTS immigration requirements (if you're moving country) or what your course requires (if you're planning on studying abroad).

It's fine to tell the truth. Tell the examiner exactly what you wrote down: "I completed my bachelor's two years ago and I haven't started work yet..." They'll then ask you about your studies from before.
