The "so come on let's go" guy is Song Byeonghee a.k.a Bain from the kpop group Just B who debuted last year with their mini album "Just Burn" and the title track "Damage". They have recently come back with their 3rd mini album "Neun" and the title track (Me=Naneun) and it's definitely worth giving a shot.
