The cartoon is Finnish/Japanese production and the author Finnish. So it’s misleading to call it Swedish cartoon. There is a Swedish version and for the books the author was a Swedish spewing Finn but that doesn’t change make the cartoon Swedish.

When I was a child, my parents showed me this one video that basically taught kids that your stuffed animals and dolls come to life at 3:00 in the morning and roam around the house. This one video had 3 year old me believe that stuffed animals were real, breathing organisms, so I would go to great extents to take care of them and make sure that I didn’t hurt them in any way.
One day one of my stuffed animals head got caught on my door as I was entering my bedroom, then suddenly, as I kept on walking, my stuffed animals head completely came off.
I felt like I had just killed one of my best friends and I wept for hours with the corpse of my suffed animal in my hands.
For many years I believed my toys had life too😂 then I saw child's play and refused to sleep with my toys😂 I'm still terrified of that movie ugh
