Great! Now do one in San Francisco, CA.
$300,000 = cardboard box
$600,000 = doghouse
$1,000,000 = 1 bedroom studio
Omg so true!!!
😂😂😂
And then do Vancouver! Similar situation lol
TheAnonymous916 😂
And the single family homes still increases in price at the low end to about 20grand a month.
Jobs, affordable housing, standard of living, and good people are driving many families to the lone star state. Well done TX!
Lol no they need to go back home lol they over crowding Houston especially and it’s making it harder for us now 😭💀 economy gets worst every year now /:
lil chriizz : I agree, folks from CA ruin everything. I say you build a new wall. Love from CA!
lil chriizz that's how I feel about GA! :(
I am planning to move to Texas when I get older, lol!!
@@lilchriizz713 same thing in CA, that's why people are moving away
All of these would be million dollar homes in California
Lol not really
@@AlGibani123 yes. You are a fucking moron. These houses would be easily 1m in California
Bobby 2pistolz depends on where in California tho
Agree most of California housing isn’t bad it’s just the big cities
Everyone whines about how they can't get ahead when all they really had to do was leave LA and Frisco.
1st house easily 2M in San Francisco Bay Area.
Aerohk about 2M in Great Falls Va
K Bacon3720 Now with Amazon HQ2 coming to the area you can bump it up to $2.5-$3 Million easily
About 2.5-3m in Vancouver
Aerohk That’s a steal in Bay Area. More like 4 mil.
California should just fall into the Pacific Ocean. And yes, I live in California. The Central Valley to be specific. But I go to the Bay Area every weekend because my whole family and all my in-laws are up there. I was the first to leave the East Bay, and now everyone is following. Every single one of them makes well over 6 figures. From bio research, engineering, medical practices, to the hospitality industry, they’re all doing well for themselves. But for the amount of headaches you get sitting in traffic, standing in long ass lines at SEVEN ELEVEN, paying a damn fee for every little thing everywhere you go, the money it costs to live in the Bay Area just ain’t worth it. It may be a nice place to live, but dollar for dollar it isn’t worth it. I’d rather make my money and live like a king elsewhere and go into the bay when I feel like it just to play. But live there? Hell nah, never again.
Wish you would show the exterior of each house first!
This comment section talking about home rates everywhere else is literally the reason I’ve lived in the DFW area my whole life lol
What’s DFW?
@@MOON-zo3ik 😂 DFW = Dallas Ft Worth (MetroPlex) and all circling cities Frisco Plano Addison Carrollton etc...images.app.goo.gl/Y59u28gTaG3L4Yar7
I used to live in Frisco from 2007-2011. I should’ve bought a home then because I would’ve quadrupled my money nowadays.
Missed out big time.
Prosper is now the new Frisco
doresrules28 yup but people that commute to Dallas and Plano for work from these places tend to get tired of the drive and burnt out.
Haha too bad for u
@@gatekeeper3660 Plano? Plano is right next to Frisco. Not a bad drive at all compared to Frisco to areas just north of Downtown Dallas
Stop posting these videos we need to keep Texas a secret 😂
Too late. Lol
If more people move over there, will houses become smaller?
fr
No longer a secret...we New Yorkers are moving in 🤣🏃♀️🤸♀️
Dallas house price is much cheaper than Austin TX. As well as Houston I believe.
Straight up, here in Indiana a million dollars will get you a huge mansion with a theater and 10 bedrooms😂
Alysa Case A Beer yeah, but then you’d be living in Indiana.
yeah but remember that this is in Frisco which is considered one of the best school districts in the country. You can move to other parts of the metro and get even larger homes for the same price. Dallas Metro is also one of the largest cities/Metro in the country with these type of prices. It's all about location!
Lol you definitely can get something like that here in Texas too. I was just looking at a place last week in Benbrook TX for 1.1 million way bigger than this.
S H I lived in Indiana and it’s not even bad so wdym. Yea California is better but Indiana is not even bad.
Sure would
In Miami that first house would be worth at least 800+ and the second house would for sure be priced at 2 million wow. I need to move to Texas
Moved to Frisco 14 years ago.. paid about 250k for my home worth about 500k now. Getting super crowded now.
Unless you move out of state, all it is to you is higher taxes now.
Thank you tube for that. Hope your income doubled as well. Get equity out your house and buy 2 more and rent them out
Trust me you’ll be able to find so much more with $1 million in TX. Beautiful homes every where
Lived in TX all my life and love TX with all my heart but one thing I disliked about it is how close the houses are. You pay 300k+ just to have your neighbor 6 feet away from you all around. It’s crazy to think about when there are other cities and states that have the houses spaced out more.
New york- 2 bedrooms 1/2 bathroom- 650k 😂😂😂😂
mithaq ali daa
California too 🤦🏾♀️
Yup same in La. In some shit area too. Getting out of hand.
and you still park your car outside 💀
Arvin B that’s how supply and demand works. Same reason why you’ll likely happily pay $1000 for an iPhone made for $200. People choose to live somewhere they can’t afford.
Multiply all prices by 3-4x to live in CA
kid ker easily. 2-4 million gets you a tear down by me. Not bragging, it’s sad.
In venice, more like x10
for real 2.5M for a 3 bedroom house
All three houses are beautiful
Hahaha I live in Frisco, TX. I've lived here for over 19 yrs...Preston Rd was a 2 lane road.
Shannon Penix me too ! I live @ the shops @legacy
You are so right!😆
I've lived here for 6 years and could not imagine Preston being 2 lanes. But I guess when I moved here 75 in Anna was a 2 lane barricaded death trap lmao.
That's right...2 lanes, God forbid an accident occurred 😆
And that's why there's North Dallas Tollway for major traffic, and so what's your point!! 👀
That first house for $300k would cost $1.5 million in Toronto, no joke.
vKoryo it would be around 2.2 M in great Falls Va
Even in the GTA?
I know right🙄 I don’t think its just 1.5 Million, it would be more like $3 Million
@@PatriciaDorothyyy Are you serious orr 🤔
brandon rag34 yup. I’m totally serious
I used to live in Frisco and now I live in California. I started laughing when I saw the prices. Man, I miss Frisco.
Should’ve stayed in frisco lol
Kinda like the second house the best. Finishings was more elegant and architectural was more appealing.
This is just the start! Get it Ben🙌🏻
That $375,000 (not $300K) new construction in Frisco, TX is now around $430,000 if one wants to build new. The area is becoming the North Scottsdale, Arizona of Dallas (without the mountains)
The best part is we have even cheaper houses here in Texas.
Vaughn Cameron This is true, that first house for almost $400K is nothing. Look at Westin Homes or Perry homes here in Houston. For that much you can get way better house than that.
But look at the location
But jobs dont pay as much so it is a trade off.
True, but Frisco is safe, up and coming, it’s seen as one of the wealthier areas of DFW
S H Does Frisco get a lot of twisters?
Yesss Ben!! Definitely looking forward to more content!
Loved the video with the comparison, do more of these. The interior of the $375k kitchen and bathrooms looked more high end than the pricier others.
Good stuff! Each video is gonna get better too. When I come to Texas we def gotta film some stuff
Y
The stairs in house 2 are SO pretty!
Reasons why I love Texas! 🤘🏾
Excellent video, Ben! Hope you sell lots of homes this year and beyond! 😃🙌🏼
That was nice of you to say!!

Live right next door in The Colony, definitely one of the best places to live.
Andrew T. True all my rich friends in the colony lol
Same!
Non0perationa1 then they ain’t rich. The colony is poor compared to Frisco. I grew up in the colony lol
I live in California and my house is $1.2 million and I'm not joking it would cost $250,000 in Texas.
What's your point
So... Why don't you do something about it and sell it then buy 5 properties rent them and retire
Andy Orozco Because I’m 18 and my parents don’t own the house they rent. That’s why I want to move to Texas
Prove it or it didn’t happen!
Great stuff ben👏🏽👏🏽
Jeez you know what you can get minutes out of seattle for 375000....nothing...you can maybe rent an apartment with 5 roommates. I miss texas!
Alana's Take that’s why I live in Everett hahah
Liberal paradise
Beautiful houses. The two last ones are wonderful. My dream homes❤
Damnnnn over 100k VIEWS!!👏👏👏 Congrats Bro!!!
So beautiful. I would be happy with the $300,000 house. Gonna put that on my vision board
The interesting thing about Dallas is that the cost of real estate is largely driven by where in the metroplex the home is. We are building a home in northern Collin County for 150K less than the exact same house is in southern Collin County. If you don't mind a longer commute your dollars go much further.
Cool video Ben!
The goat is back
My man!
Differences are Location, sq footage, and finishes.
Toronto be like
300,000 studio
600,000 one bedroom
and 1m a 3 bedroom in like Brampton (if you know you know)
What about Mississauga my friend lives there
You gotta talk in these Ben
Yeah, the houses are big here and cheaper than other states. I lived in the area and it does depend on what county you're in, in Frisco. Those taxes are a beast not to mention how closely built the homes are to each other with the ever-popular zero lot line. Frisco is way overpopulated now and people are moving farther north.
Ooooh Ben, go get it!
This is why Texas is the best state to live in.
no
@@coreytrevor5533 I would have to disagree with you on that one lol

Living here is so nice, the schools are great too
Nice houses in frisco we installed hardwood floors on most of them at Phillips creek ranch and Lexington country and also at Emerson estates 👍🏼🔨
Joam Salas lol i lifeguard at that community pool, nicest community pool i’ve ever seen
I hope the numbers never change
Dayum the first house nicer then mine I’m in Cali tho
I love your videos, Ty for posting them! I used to live in Plano..next to Frisco. I miss living in Tx SOOO much! 😢 .. now that I'm divorced, broke, n jobless, I guess I'll be in my mom's spare bedroom here in Indiana until my manifestations come through for me... or until I hit the lottery!
In the DC area the million dollar house would be equivalent to 20 million
I'm in love with the first one
All the properties r vry pleasing to the eyes...👌👌👌👌
Frisco is only one of the community but looking at this video it doesn't represent Taxes as a whole.
Believe me! I went to Taxes for summer vacation and the houses over there is worth your money. Depending on the area, school and job.
The house have hudge closets space , big room for all your need, washer and dryer, big open concept kitchen, big yard space for the kids to play in the afternoon and two car garage.
You can't asked for anything else! You're getting your money worth! Depending on your budget.
Weather it's newly built from bottom up, move in ready or rent.
New construction every day of the week but the only thing is you have to know how to drive.
Compare to N.Y.C ! Not a chance.
You're working pay check to pay check, cost of living is through the roof and isn't getting any better.
And the price the want for a house ! I rather move to Taxes.
These little cardboard box and so much money. Nuh
You're not seeing were your money is going! Bills and more bills, rent, mortgage, car insurance and more.
All beautiful homes!
That first house here in Vancouver would probably be well over 3 mill plus
Interesting video!!
I use to live in Frisco but now I live in Celina.
I live close to frisco. Love going there. ❤️
Good video clips àll houses are beautifully build i wish to more like these please zakria again welldone
I absolutely love house 2
Beverly Hills has left the chat 😒
If the first house was on Long Island it would be easily over 1million
I love the first and third instrumentalS. Is there any way to download them? They soothe my anxiety.
That first kitchen >>>
Nice bass in the beginning
I’ve lived in Frisco my whole life sold out house in 2011-2012 before the people from California moved in for $315,000 the same house today could sell for $450,000
Southlake Texas has left the chat
Out of my price range but beautiful none the less 🥰
Prosper you could get a similar home to that first one for 265-280k.
@@doresrules28 you could buy a similar home to the first one here in Michigan for less than 200k
You never know Genine! God is an amazing God and works things out in our favor. ;) God bless you
I was in the woodlands and we were looking at a 1mil house with 8 bedrooms, 9 and a half bedrooms a bar, a wine area, the master bathroom had an upstairs
what website was made or can make videos like this?
Compared to the rest of the country the Collin/Denton county area is still relatively affordable. These houses are super nice and have great upgrades. I was surprised you could get such a nice quality build in the 300K range still. I live in Melissa and we paid more than that a few years ago in our little country town. I think prices have leveled off since a few years back.
yeah but texas is in the top 5 for highest tax payers
Great info thank you... !!! Let’s cross refer! I often have clients say “I’m moving to Texas”
I used to live in Frisco. Now Seattle. I miss Frisco house prices.
Stefan Patterson me too 😢 we sold ours
@Lawrence L. Reason why I moved up here.. And I never realized how flat Texas was.
I used to live in Seattle, now Frisco. Lol
@Lawrence L. Well.. to make a long story short - I've lived in Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Dallas, Dubai, and Chicago with the majority of the time being spent in Los Angeles. With that being said, I definitely prefer Seattle to Dallas, or more specifically Frisco.
Frisco is a very nice safe place, the median household income here is above six figures, the people that live here are relatively nice and its definitely a blue county. It's very affordable if you're used to west coast prices. The only problem is that there is very little to do if your hobbies don't involve going to the mall/watching movies/eating out. Thats the major reason I want to move out of here and go back to either Seattle or Los Angeles. I don't mind paying extra for my cost of living, my field/company will adjust my salary accordingly, I just want something to do on the weekends, something to look at besides miles of flat boring land with nothing but residential neighborhoods and gas stations. Thats my opinion anyway.
Also note that although Texas is red, all of the major cities are very blue.
xNamsu reason why I moved outta texas
Is house number two in a neighborhood called Phillips Creek ranch? My friend lives in that exact floor plan (possibly same house)
Keep in mind this is new construction on the first house in California would easily cost about 1.8 million and if you're closer to the city in Los Angeles it could easily double
Search up Los Gatos, the $375k home would be easily over $3,000,000 here.
What’s missing here for reference is that property tax in Frisco is ~2.2% of the assessed value. So that nice 1 million dollar house will get you a $22K tax bill every year...
what camera do you use? the video is very clear.
Michael Owusu Kyereko almost any camera can shoot this it’s just shot at 60 frames per second. Possibly iPhone. Go pros also have 60fps
I’ll be happy with the first house. Here in San diego ca you get a house for no cheaper than 450k and it’s shitty and small. I might have to move to Texas.
Hoeveel moet een werk je salarieren om dit binnen een redelijke tijd af te lossen en het ook dat onderhoud is opgenomen?
Can someone please tell me what is the average interest rate if you buy the 300k$ from a bank over 20 years in USA? (Just for knowledge)
in my country you have to pay 15% in cash as down payment and the rest can be payed by a loan from the bank (about 3% interest rate)
Might be time to move to Texas.
I live in this area. The only thing I hate is that it is hard to see the difference between a $300,000 and $600,000 house.
What music did you use?
⏪Beautiful Houston Home Tours🎥‼️🤘🏾
The third house where i live which is also in Texas would be around the price of the first house
Let me guess the builder for the 2nd home is grand home. I can tell the style right away
Elizabethx15 well it’s in a neighborhood. You are paying for the house not the land. It’s Frisco , you aren’t gonna be on 1 acre lots .
I used to live in Frisco..I moved in the middle of January 2019 I was basically raised in frisco..I live in anna now
I wish I wasn’t broke
You don't have to be 🤑

I happy 375k beautiful
All houses are beautiful, if I had the money I'd purchase house 3
But fund's are low on home 3
Home 2 is more like it. The only thing I'd change is the sink. I'd put in a farm sink
All of the homes are nice.
Wish these showed the backyards! (Unless I completely zoned zoned out on those parts lol???)
Over here in nyc our houses are as big as the 300k house for 1 million dollars
Way more than a million... a 1 bedroom studio is a million +
Where I grew up, that's literally ten square blocks and everything within them, residential or commercial.
Man the houses in Houston are way batter
