    • @INSINU8-xb1jo
      @INSINU8-xb1jo Před 9 měsíci +5

      Anxiety is a protective mode for us, based on personal experiences it shapes when it comes to the forefront. The goal here is to recognize what event caused it, the thoughts that occur during, the feeling associated with it and the behavior acted out because of it. If you can track and write down in that order what anxiety may look like for you and then begin to adjust the thought after the event you will find that changing your thoughts will inherently affect the feeling and then the behavior, allowing yourself to feel that emotion and sit with it and accept it rather then your "anxiety " putting up walls to protect you from that particular uncomfortable situation. And through this process you can create new neuropath ways and you will begin to change how your brain uses anxiety. I hope this helps. 😊

      The only thing you have to have is empathy and sense of humor and having nice emphatic relationship with your mom.
      Notice that many men who talk kindly about their mother or even grandmother and her interesting personality full and talking about her of values that she taught him like
      humor, love, kindness, not taking things too seriously, seeing positive things in negative situations, seeing the cup half full, and having the interesting attitude that the mother taught their children
      then he is much more easily bonded with another nice woman because the values were put into his subconscious mind, especially the sense of humor and humility and kindness.
      and they behave toward their girlfriend like a gentleman.
      Or if you dont have such relationships with family members you may practice meditation, metacognition, energy psychology etc that help you to change thoughts, feelings habits values etc.
      Mediation and metacognition helps both genders to reprogram unwanted habits thoughts feelings, values etc.

    But really sound like he's telling you something by telling you that there are specific processies that are gated. Well that really clears it up whew this short really changed my life 😂

      To me it explained that self love and putting yourself in situations where you can experience new things can result in changing the nervous system, for example climbing a really high mountain and overcoming what you first thought wasnt possible or more unethical taking psychedelics which also literally makes you experience new heavy stuff. And has been proven to change ur neurological pathways. Just saying.

      He talks a lot of crap. Makes it all sound so impossible and difficult. You can change whenever you want. The catch 22 tho is you gotta want it. And that turns out is the hardest part for people. They know they SHOULD want something, but can't go about achieving it. The reason for that, of course, is because they want their cake and to eat it too. No one is willing to pay the price. And there's always a price. Once you realize this, the sky is the limit.

    Psychedelics could help rewire brains with a lot of trauma/ptsd/anxiety if guided by a professional, but that won’t be a thing until the distant future. Wouldn’t recommend anyone do it by themselves if they’re trying to “fix” themselves, it’s very risky and could have the opposite effect if not prepared properly
