Thanks. I suplexed this dude that always sits on his porch and yells at me when I get my mail. It was kind of hard to get him out of his wheelchair though, but the technique worked regardless.
lol
Luqmaan Khan Proud of you! Maybe try some armbars next?
You stupid man!😂😂😂
Luqmaan Khan 🍇😂
Keem MemeZ with The DreamZ it’s a joke you stupid fuck
I tried it, my friend is not moving, did i do something wrong?
You may have done it just right!
+TeachMeGrappling Coach Brian 😂 damn right!
this type of suplex is called mortal suplex 😀
Is died...
i'm joking, but you can't do this on the ground...
Looks like a dangerous move for both opponents. Even if I'm great, I don't think I want to try this. Thanks for the video.
That gym looks pretty damn amazing
I tried it on my friend in school today and the people that watched it said it was unbelievably awesome
I'm curious to know the poor dude's condition...
are you bully?
Im sure you dont know how to arch bitch
John Davis im a wrestler, you idiot,,25 years of pure freestyle wrestling training, 2nd in the european championship for cadets around 15 years ago when i was 15
John Davis im a male wrestler from Serbia, trained in Bulgaria and turkey... Im have plenty of time because i dont work, i have my own bussines so im good. Im a trainer too, freestyle wrestling.
People under estimate how good freestyle is in a fight like everyone talks shit until you catapult them into the next dimension
YES!!
That move used to be known as the Soufflee, and it was totally illegal in the United States when I wrestled. PS: In conditioning/training for grappling/wrestling, the most important exercise is bridging. It will spare you a trip to the hospital, by making your neck sufficiently strong and flexible. Flexibility is essential in wrestling,
It's only an illegal throw in folkstyle, you can do it in freestyle all day long.
Simply beautiful. Great technique, forget how young you used to be. You still got it.
Thanks. It has been unbelievably helpful
thank u for trics for how to put suplex i am next brock lesnar
Uma Baskaran ...I hope you know WWE is SCRIPTED LIKE A MOVIE dumb ass 6 year old
Uma Baskaran u can't be the next Brock Les he has too b dead
Joey Hutton I hope you know you made yourself look 2 stupid bitch
Just cause it's scripted doesn't mean they dont actually do moves to each other, they're trained professionals for the purpose of entertainment
My love brock lesnar
John Cena Disliked this video
lmao!!!
😂😂😂
did he really or was that a joke
I'm sure that was just a joke! Thanks for watching!
+Ken Rick Brock lesnar liked this video
Looks good. I would suggest moving your lock to one side and cinching your arms before the throw instead of pinching your elbows together and keeping them in the middle. This makes the lock tighter and your opponent easier to control. It also puts less stress on your lower back
Perfect form
Great tech well explained
Beautiful execution
Thanks coach! This reminded me of Kevin randleman's suplex against fedor emelianenko!
I got suplex by my friend when we was sparring, I was stunned and lay down in the floor for almost 1 minute lol
zangif approves
+michael cazier *Zangief
or you might be talking about this guy s392.photobucket.com/user/asylumjesus/media/zan.gif.html
who knows.
KikomochiMendoza I'd let that man grab me from behind and slam me anytime ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).
michael SERGEI!
Guile too!
Thank you for the video master 💪
Thank You.
Thanks a lot!
good job! I enjoyed that.
I want to know where this gym is it looks amazing. Cool grappling dummy too.
Brian you did a lethal suplex to the dummy , I liked that style
that is german suplex
heyitzakiq _ only if you watch WWE
@@MrKevinbob21 That was called german suplex even before WWE existed lol. But belly to back is the official name.
@@jadoc3767 - belly to back is like a Saito suplex.
heyitzakiq _ that’s what it’s called in WWE. fake bullshit wrestling. This is real wrestling
@@bacon8353 😂
parabéns!!!
Great video bro,keep up!!!
good work realy
Sometimes when I am just wrestling with my partner and we don't wanna power slam each other I get the back clinch then I pop my hips but instead of throwing him over my back I just lift then sorta throw him to the side gently and land on him, though I maintain the clinch when I throw him down. Sorta hard to explain through the internet but knowing that hard slams aren't allowed in folk it's a nice substitute for the real over the back suplex.
Yeah ik what you mean, that's called mat returning, it's basically a side suplex just legal in folkstyle
nice i can hardly wait to become suplex man! and harness my inner superhero
Thanks.
How to defend it?
This is so dangerous for both, no wonder they avoid doing that anymore in fun wrestling (WWE, NJPW,...)
This move i s awsome
I was always interested in this move i sort of wanted to do it , i don't know now... it looks too risky in so many ways. You could land on your head first and get knocked out, hurt waaay to much your opponent, ( that's just my personal point of view ) but i don't know how good it could do this to your spine doing it.
Great tutorial. What kind of grappling dummy do you use? I'm thinking of getting one for my apartment gym
I now buy the Suples Speed Dummies for my gym. They aren’t cheap but I’m satisfied because they are very useful and they don’t just collect dust. suples.com/dummies/speed-dummies.php
Whoa!! That's awesome!! It almost looked like you were gonna slam your head!!!!
do you have to have like amazing upper body strength to do this
I got hit with that at the Ft Bliss Classic Frewstyle/Greco Tournament and also Sunkist Kids invite in 1995.... Came back with an arm drag then an arm spin to win at Ft Bliss didnt do so hot at Sunkist.
That looks so epic...
Doesn't when I try
Awesome!!!!
Thks for that. Just a question coach. Im 37 yo and i never practise sport anyway i feel week and my body no strong as it may be cos i never got time for sport .just study and works..... i want to know if it is too late for me to take care of my health or i still have chance to practise sport... just tell you that i adore the wrestling since i was young but no chance.
You may be starting the race late but it’s not too late to start at all. You must take things slower and not try to win all the time. Just enjoy the learning process and build yourself up. You may not become as good as you could have been had you been doing it all your life, however I promise you will be better than if you never tried at all. 💪
You CAN start wrestling late in life. Looks at Laetitia Blot. Started freestyle wrestling and then sambo after judo in her thirties. But then again suplex/ uranage are allowed in judo. She left judo because they told her she was too old. Now doing MMA.
Now training in bjj and Luta Livre for MMA. Laetitia Blot should try catch wrestling competition.
Resident evil 4 leon suplex
Belly to belly for Leon
This is more Nero from DMC4 and 5
Alex hyper bomb
Ah yes, literally vaporizing an entire head from one blow
I did a suplex from an under over position onto a crash pad and split a dudes leg, It was fun. Any tips that won’t put him in a wheelchair next time?
That was an awesome move ;)
Thanks
Good . But is it move hurts me also . Make more videos on it in slow motion and precautions.
How about the head/neck for that guy who suplex him . Is that hurt ?
I fight with 4 boys I punch superman punch spear and German suplex and belly to belly no one is stand can I do something wrong
I have practiced on a bag but now I can't get a friend to try it on... any tips on that?
Bummer! Keep practicing on the bag and make some friends that trust you enough to let you practice. Don't hurt them or they won't allow you again. Share this video and your skill with them and take turns. Hope this helps.
will work on it, great video btw
I prefer the more sideways suplex. Less risk of landing on your head.
i like this
My dad is a desi pehlwan.... he teached me this move from childhood
Killer technique
Im new and i want to suplex for some self deffense
How low is too low? Is it safer to grab them lower?
One hell of a scary technique, both for the receiving end, but also the one performing it (chance of hitting the head, or twisting the back).
What can you still do, if someone is picking you up from behind?
Grape vine one leg/foot behind his leg so you attach yourself to him. Makes it almost impossible for him to continue the lift.
That technique is good for breaking spine and neck
Is body must be stronger to give suplex or only by using technique
Technique is most important but you can’t be a weakling! 💪
SUPLEX CITY BITCH
I've seen someone literally die doing this if I sent you a link to the footage can you explain what went wrong assuming of course that wouldn't offend you which is why I haven't sent the link yet
I'm wrestler and also pro wrestler fan. Offical name is belly to back suplex but also i heard people call this german suplex. I dont know where name german suplex is from but not from pro wrestling
I did it and my friend it's not moving...
What have i done ?
Nice one bro.
Called the german suplex too.
no its not
Can you please teach a frontal suplex?
Uri-Nage is from Judo. Very cool
kenny Roberts *ura
You are right
So is this move OFFICIALLY called the belly to back suplex or the German Suplex?
Lol... For real wrestling it's called belly to back, for pro wrestling it's called a German.
its always been a belly to back suplex, the reason its called a german suplex is because gotch made it popular, german suplex as a name is a tribute to him
Saiya Jin kaiju it's also because there's another form of a belly to back so that's how they differentiate
BurningEagle true
noel cruz well your mixing 2 forms of wrestling. I'm amateur wrestling it's a belly to back. In pro it's a German
BOYYYY HIS NECK BROKE AS SHIT💀💀💀
Dead ass broke!
Hi Brian , what is the difference between the German Suplex and Belly to Back Suplex ?
A German Suplex is a type of belly to back. The version in this video is a textbook German
Awesome skill... don't think I'll be able to do such a thing, just like front flips and shit like that, I'm to afraid I'll hit my head or get a severy neck injury doing stuff like these -.-
I understand. It takes practice on a crash pad. With the right coach, you might be surprised what you could accomplish! Good luck!
my friend gave me a tip that you can stand side ways to your opponent and use your leg for the throw and the "spin" this technique is easier he said is this true or can you give me some tips (sry for my bad english)
First... Your English is good. I'm not sure exactly what you mean but yes you can perform this from the side of your opponent. I'm not sure what you mean by using your leg. I know this doesn't help much but thank you for watching! If you can clarify what you mean, let me know!
+TeachMeGrappling Coach Brian I think he means a judo leg toss
Maybe! I still am not sure what he meant. Thank you for trying to help!
TeachMeGrappling Coach Brian here i am 2 years later hahaha... what i meant was that you do not grab your opponent from behind but from the side ... you use the momentum you have in the normal combat position and just grab him from the side so that his left or right leg is between your legs
Can you give me the best trick
Yes thnks i did a suplex to my friends finally
excellent .
every bjj joint needs this dummy.
instead they are dummies and refuse to buy a throw device.
What is the difference between a trained grappler suplex vs a street fighters suplex? 🤔
I got a question, how do you avoid hiting your head on the mat and injuring your neck when you throw the other guy? Thanks!
In the video I explained you need to practice your back arch and turn out at the last moment. There is a progression to get there. Start with a dummy and a crash pad.
TeachMeGrappling Coach Brian Thanks : )
nice
Not bad..but can your suplex get strong enough to shatter the ground and bury your opponent deeper into it with a total of 3 times??!!
Ayyy that Zangief Critical Art ;)
Yeah, sure, but you're gonna need a lot of muscle spirit!
Cool
That is a German suplex
theonlyearbis Yes it is called a German Suplex in Pro Wrestling but in real wrestling its called a "belly to back" or simply a "Sup" which is pronounced "Soup".
TeachMeGrappling it's most knowned as the german suplex
I understand it is called a German Suplex in Pro Wrestling. Again, this video and channel is for "real" wrestling and in real wrestling it is NOT known at all as a German Suplex. That is why the confusion pro wrestling fans are having with the name of the technique.
theonlyearbis in college wrestling it's called a belly-back suplex. Pro wrestling it's a German suplex
TeachMeGrappling Coach Brian In pro wrestling it's called a belly to back suplex to. And German suplex. Has multiple names.
Wait till I try it on my Mom hehe...
Did it work?
Ricky D im in jail rn but worth it aint takin the trash out gain
fee fee 3 second later To Be continued...
Still in jail?
His mom must be white because he'd be in the grave if she was black 😂
Need to practice
looks like same principles of a judo throw proper form and leverage
Song Pleasee
imagine trying to rob someone, only for them to to suddenly run up behind you and suplex you to the ground
Last thing you could see would be them running on you
Would it be wise to use suplex against larger oppenent ?
Well if u could pick him up he would most likely get brain damage or something
It does depend on how big. If the opponent is so big that you can't pop your hips and lift him, then he is too big. Otherwise its still a great move as long as you can pop your hips hard and lift. The bigger they are....
Finnaly i found this moves name
🤣
like < bst video ever
Nices man
nvm you answerd everything
Can this be used in judo
Yes it can... in judo it is called “ura nage”.
Gotta love a good old German Suplex 🇩🇪
THE TRUE KING OF IRON FIST TOURNAMENT!
1:14 AWW MAN MY BONE CRACKED IF I DOES THAT
is this good for mma and street fighting ?
Yes if you’re good at it.
To be honest, I think you should only do this in a street fight if it's absolutely necessary, though. I mean if you don't injure yourself you will probably injure the other guy quite badly. So if you can't claim self-defense you might be in big trouble.
well i thought the whole point is to injure the other guy ?
Of course that depends on how you look at it. Personally, I wouldn't want to break somebody's neck or crack somebody's skull if it's not necessary. Plus you risk going to jail for a pretty long time if you can't convince the court that what you did was in self-defense.
Damn Coach, I could have been somebody, I could have been a contender. If I had had you for a coach 30 years ago.;
Thanks!!
Damn bro, I subscribed just so you won't come to my house and do that shit to me! Also, where can I get one of those throw dummies, that's so cool I've never seen one before.
But the executor's head also hit the ground. Any captain?
If you Back arch properly, your head does not hit at all.
It can hurt your back/spine? or not?
Things can go wrong but not if done correctly. It must be practiced as shown to develop the proper technique.
some easy suplex?
Where's a good place to find a crash mat at a decent price?
I got mine from dollamur. I would google it or look on amazon.
Can you do the series at a time or no
I don't understand what you are asking?
Like when you slam the person is it legal to pick them up and slam them down again without letting go or is that illegal
In the sport of Freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling you can do it as much as you want until the match is over but it is very difficult to lift someone off the floor who doesn't want to be lifted.
Ok thank you
