    That move used to be known as the Soufflee, and it was totally illegal in the United States when I wrestled. PS: In conditioning/training for grappling/wrestling, the most important exercise is bridging. It will spare you a trip to the hospital, by making your neck sufficiently strong and flexible. Flexibility is essential in wrestling,

    Looks good. I would suggest moving your lock to one side and cinching your arms before the throw instead of pinching your elbows together and keeping them in the middle. This makes the lock tighter and your opponent easier to control. It also puts less stress on your lower back

    Sometimes when I am just wrestling with my partner and we don't wanna power slam each other I get the back clinch then I pop my hips but instead of throwing him over my back I just lift then sorta throw him to the side gently and land on him, though I maintain the clinch when I throw him down. Sorta hard to explain through the internet but knowing that hard slams aren't allowed in folk it's a nice substitute for the real over the back suplex.

You may not become as good as you could have been had you been doing it all your life, however I promise you will be better than if you never tried at all. 💪

      It does depend on how big. If the opponent is so big that you can't pop your hips and lift him, then he is too big. Otherwise its still a great move as long as you can pop your hips hard and lift. The bigger they are....

      Yes if you’re good at it.

    • @erics2305
      @erics2305 Před 5 lety

      To be honest, I think you should only do this in a street fight if it's absolutely necessary, though. I mean if you don't injure yourself you will probably injure the other guy quite badly. So if you can't claim self-defense you might be in big trouble.

    • @BreXiaN
      @BreXiaN Před 5 lety

      well i thought the whole point is to injure the other guy ?

    • @erics2305
      @erics2305 Před 5 lety

      Of course that depends on how you look at it. Personally, I wouldn't want to break somebody's neck or crack somebody's skull if it's not necessary. Plus you risk going to jail for a pretty long time if you can't convince the court that what you did was in self-defense.

      In the sport of Freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling you can do it as much as you want until the match is over but it is very difficult to lift someone off the floor who doesn't want to be lifted.
