    Good stuff! The car definitely has been making improvements with every mod. I’m hoping you put some longtubes on it so we can get some before and after sound clips. Keep it up

    • @JLSpeed
      @JLSpeed  Před 3 lety +3

      Yeah e60 is most I can do and as I put more stuff like headers it will probably go down to e50 but some fueling mods will help keep me on E.

    I have a 2017 a10 with the same set up on E50,roto big gulp and tune and man it freaking moves. Those lt4’s love that Ethanol. My car snaps off so quick from a dig. I’m on a stock tcm also.

      Yeah the car runs about 4-5 more degrees of timing on E I think it will get closer to 133mph but yeah it will all depend on DA and track prep

    Why you tuning the tcm jus curious

    • @JLSpeed
      @JLSpeed  Před 3 lety +2

      In the Zl1, the trans has some torque tables that limit the throttle body from opening all the way when launching. Basically the tcm wont let the car go into power enrichment or 100% full power until almost the end of 1st gear after the 60' at the track.

      @JLSpeed  Před rokem

      Without headers it should be able to handle e50 if you just do flex fuel sensor and intake stock everything else it should do e50 once you do headers or more you will need low side aux pump to get back to e50

    • @JLSpeed
      @JLSpeed  Před 6 měsíci +1

      The e85 reading is coming from the AeroForce guage which is the OBD2 version so the guage plugs into the obd2 and gives you the e85 percent as seen by the computer once your tune has turned the sensor on and you have the e85 sensor installed.

    • @completemoney
      @completemoney Před 2 lety

      Car always adjusts itself automatically with more e85 content so the more you add e85 the more power it makes till e50 or 60 like he said

    • @completemoney
      @completemoney Před 2 lety

      With the flex fuel sensor if it reads 0 e85 then it just has a 93 tune any percentage of e85 then switches to that tune

    • @completemoney
      @completemoney Před 2 lety +2

      Sensor and harness is like 300 bucks and probably an hr install Then it HAS to be tuned in order to activate the e85 feature in the car. So with the sensor and tune probably total 1,000 bucks
